75% of my books missing in transit?!?!
I shipped over 20 trade paperbacks to this buyer in one package. The buyer claims they only received about 25% of the books and the rest were not in the box; they said the box must have been damaged in transit. In addition, I have not received payment for the books they say they did receive.
I packed the box myself and I ship many similar orders. I don't think I've ever been told that one of my packages opened in the mail and that this many books -- books I put in the box myself -- were missing.
The only recourse they suggested was to pursue a claim with the US Post Office.
I will not sell to this buyer again.
