Top class customer care & service

Top class customer care, and great service for every touchpoint. Good foresight with the customer journey, nothing was a problem at any point, they clearly demonstrate a 'customer first' approach. I would highly recommend their online shop, and a big thank you Leanne & Henrietta for all your help, I will definately be a returning customer. ✨️🙌👌

Don't go anywhere else for new breeches

I discovered My Breeches about 5 years ago now. Now I won't go anywhere else for my breeches as their range of products and knowledge on fit of each is first class.
Their customer service and delivery is so good.
They have even helped me with gloves/stirrups/riding helmets. I can recommend they are worth a try

Fantastic service!
Really knowledgeable and Henrietta went above and beyond to source a particular fabric and style in my size. She knows their stock inside out and makes great recommendations.

I hate having to chase refunds

Great comms when they viewed me as a customer, but very slow/no comms when i tried to return. Refund still pending...

Despite finding the time to reply on trustpilot, still no refund or advice that refund is on its way. Need to review priorities perhaps?!

Thank you for feedback, there is no reason you should feel the need to chase us for a refund. Refunds are always given on returns when requested provided items are in lines with our terms and conditions.

I have checked on your order status and I can see your return was processed within 7 days. Apologies this was a little longer than you feel is acceptable, as my colleague explained to you she was extremely unwell last week, so there was a little delay. Everything was followed in line with our returns policy. We are a small team all trying to do our best.

All payments are placed via our secure payment methods. We have no power over financial institutions or the timeframe which it takes them to process the refund once we have processed this.

Exceptional customer service from the…

Exceptional customer service from the ladies at my breeches. Great to be able to talk real people who knows their product and are able to confidently help you select the perfect style and fit of breeches for you. I'm 6ft tall and a little inside knowledge from the team has benefited me hugely in my choices. They are always happy to answer any queries. Big thumbs up from me!

Excellent Customer Service

I have purchased a few items from their website one item being some gloves that were the wrong size, I phoned them as I was a bit lost on the returns process and was met with super friendly and helpful staff who explained the process and even went as far as to put away a pair of the correct size gloves to ensure that when my return was processed they still had it in stock and could send it out immediately. If I remember correctly from the date I posted my return I had the correct size gloves within 3 days.
As a side note I actually enjoy browsing their newsletters too (which is something I very rarely feel about brand newsletters, most are just pushing product into your face and trying to get you to buy it), they are well put together and somehow always know which items to highlight to catch my eye haha. Often showing which items go well together and making it feel more like a magazine that you can browse through.
