BTW AIRBRUSH AND BRUSHEO ARE THE SAME. Took 2 years to get replacement which is also faulty. So to cut my losses waiting on partial refund after this review.
No problem getting in touch with customer service for a faulty product. Took a very long time and multiple emails but I hope for a refund rather than replacement. Will revise rating once I have the final outcome.

As per all the other reviews it doesn't charge after a few weeks but they refuse to refund or will charge more than it costs IF THEY decide it is faulty, in the UK you have rights and more than 30 days to return for a full refund, but they do not honour this. Get one from Amazon that you can send back..AVOID..

Absolute rubbish does not work do NOT buy complete waste of money

Does this company exist any more? I bought a manual brusheo in June, used it half a dozen times then it stopped working/charging up. Scanned the QR code on the box and it says 'this store does not exist'. Very disappointed because when it did work it was very good.

I received this product followed the instructions for first use. Does not charge at all.

Two days for customer service to respond, and the only information they gave me was more instructions.

Seems like they do not want to refund or respond with how to return the product.

Very bad customer service and faulty product.

The product was faulty (charger did not work after multiple attempts with multiple outlets). While Customer Service was responsive (although a bit slow), what really frosted me was that I was told I would have to return it to Belgium!! I did not BUY it from Belgium (I live in the U.S.), and nowhere on the site does it say anything about the fact that you have to ship it to EUROPE to return it. That shipping cost would be many times what I paid for the product - and they know that. What a convenient way for them to get out of ever issuing a refund to anyone in the U.S.

MyBrusheo's website clearly states "we ensure a full refund" - what they don't tell you is that first you have to send a video showing how it's NOT working (hard to prove a negative). Then they MAY give you a return authorization. If you get that far, then they tell you that if they receive the return and determine that the product DOES work, you won't be eligible for a refund after all! What stops them from just saying that about every return - "You were wrong, it DOES work - now that we have it back in Belgium"??? Grrrrrr.

It's taken weeks just to get to the point where I am literally throwing this product away. I feel very misled and will NEVER purchase from this company again. And now, on any future online purchases from any shop, I will have to ask "hidden" questions like, "Where do returns have to ship to?" What a disappointment.

I read reviews about another website that YouTube says is the same and said it’s a scam.
However I received my product and couldn’t be happier. I didn’t buy for everyday use but for travelling the brush is great
