The company doesn't base loan on your actual income. Only what goes into the account you provide. Doesn't make sense. My income its 2x what was explained to me for qualifications.

Jesus at the Lawrenceville location was great and made the process very quick. I have worked with A+ at another location as well and have never had any issues. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Never had a problem with a plus until yesterday. The normal person that usually works there was office should have just turned around. So went to cash a check because I needed the funds immediately because I had a deadline for two payments that needed to be paid. The guy that was there proceeded to run everything call all I guess thinking the check was fake which it wasn’t and I had an open loan with them that was being paid Friday(tomorrow) this rude guy called someone on the phone then started speaking in Spanish which I felt was very rude hangs up the phone counts my money back and it was short 503 I explain that’s not the right amount he goes on too say.. I’m waiting for the loan receipt so my next question what loan receipt he counted the money again gives it too me saying I took the loan amount out. Now I’m PISSED because one he never told me that he was taking it out and took out without my permission and put in a very big hole for the important deadline that needed to be paid. I will never want this guy serving me again. (THIS IS THE DECATUR LOCATION OFF OF WESLEY CHAPEL)

The people were very unprofessional, textn on the phone, not acknowleging that I was standing in front of service desk or window. When asked a question still textn, not sayn anything for several minutes. The Spanish man that was present was ok. Maybe that was because our interactions were only about 3 minutes. The 2 black ladies I can't remember their names as if there was a reason. They were slow and rude. I'm black myself so it's not about color it's about a I don't give a care attitude that was diplayed..... Very disappointed.
