Excellent service

I have never written a review before in…

I have never written a review before in my life but really felt the need thats is how unhappy I am.
My care is running worse having taken it in there. Besides the service, I asked them to have a look and address an issue and it was not even acknowledged in report and asked them again after about it and they said they didnt find an issue (which was pretty obvious). It has since gotten exponentially worse, where I am now booking it in somwhere else to get it fixed. Tried to upsell tyres to me that weren't needed, gave my car back in a dirty grubby state after their work and just as the cherry on top, with the rain recently, I have discovered they have somehow fitted windscreen wipers that are so loud I am actually afraid that they they might be carving out the glass.

Full Logbook Service

I had a full logbook service done on my vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joshua and the team were quick, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent (friendly, clear communication, and very easy to deal with).

Everything was handled smoothly and on time.

Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable, efficient, and a trustworthy car servicing!

I had an Essential Service ($299) done…

I had an Essential Service ($299) done on my Nissan Patrol. When I checked the vehicle after reaching home, I noticed that both the coolant level and the windscreen washer fluid had not been topped up.

I contacted the service centre the next day and returned for the coolant to be filled. Unfortunately, the technician appeared unable to clearly identify the coolant reservoir versus the windscreen washer tank, which was concerning.

Basic checks like fluid top-ups and correct identification of reservoirs should be standard in any essential service. This experience has affected my confidence in the quality of the service provided.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service! - from booking in my vehicle to collection - full communication and advice was conveyed - plus vehicle service update throughout the service provided and then reported on the service history receipt.
Highly Recommended !

I was told via email my car would be…

I was told via email my car would be ready by 10, but when I dropped it off it said it would be in the afternoon, I managed to persuade him to have it ready by 11, I may also like to add I would have had a re-alignment done, but had to drop that because of the time. I asked if if he could kindly drop my car off near the post office just across the car park as I have a moon boot on due to a broken ankle, but he said no. I went shopping and after I had finished aI rang them to see how it was going, this time a very nice helpful young man said he was just about done at 10.15 I wheeled my trolley full of shopping to to my car and the very nice 20 year old man kindly helped load my shopping and took away my trolley. Back inside getting my receipt the previous person just gave me my receipt not a thankyou or anything. Thanks to the pleasant young man I haven't given a 1 star rating

Don't waist your time going to these guys

I don't know where my review has disappeared to but I came in here early in the year because I had brakes done at home and still was making a sound when braking asked if these guys could check over the car. They said rotors needed to be replaced the apprentice said soon as we took the wheel of we could see straight away what the issue was so we replaced the rotors. Go home next day making the same metal to metal sound I took it in for. Went back told them off apparently this time the shaved or machined the rotors he said ??? Should you be doing that either brand new rotors ? Who knows I'm a female wouldn't know any different. Still making the same sound 6 months down the track I have someone looking at it now suggested getting new rotors to put on. Once we find out what's going on if it is the rotors I am going to come back to these guys for my $500 . I paid them. Being a woman it is do hard these days to find a good mechanic because there just trying to rip you off. But I am going to update this review if it is the rotors one unhappy customer
