I visited on xmas eve with a flat tyre. The team were excellent in fixing this on the spot, during such a busy period, which enabled me to be mobile over the xmas season.

I went in on Christmas Eve without an appointment as I had a nail in my tyre, whilst I was expecting them to say they wouldn't be able to take a look (which would have been totally understandable) they advised they could and provided realistic timeframes on how long it would take... Couldn't have asked for anything more from the team there as they were exceptional.
The job wasn't completely done…
The job wasn't completely done properly, to what should be expected from a professional mechanic. I asked for the radiator to be flushed and new coolant to be put in there. During the process the mechanic called and informed me that there was a leak in the heater core. He told me it would have to be replaced but that they don't do it there. He said he could tap off the cooling system, disconnecting the heater. I agreed. Upon going to pick up the car, I asked if they had drained or blown out the coolant in the heater core so that it wouldn't make a sloshing noise, but he said that could be messy. What a load of rot! All they had to do was give it a bit of air in the inlet pipe and cover the outlet with a cloth and let the leftover coolant come out. This is why managers should be trained properly, taught the importance of customers for a business. This is how a business is sabotaged, how clients are lost. This is not how to make loyal, returning customers.
