Members connect directly with each other, so they can make offers, negotiate, and trade cards for cards or cards plus cash. Buyers pay sellers directly through PayPal Goods & Services. Joining and buying are free, and there are no buyer fees. Sellers choose a plan that fits them. The Free plan charges a 5% seller fee on completed sales. Paid member plans charge a 0% seller fee and add auctions, trading tools, and more. Trust is at the heart of the community. Members can link their social media and other marketplace accounts to show who they are, complete Persona ID verification, and earn Verified Seller status through a track record of positive deals.
