Gewoon top

Wat een top service! Als je voor 1700 uur bestel wordt de bestelling dezelfde dag verzonden. Helaas toch nog een foutje in de kaart gezien na 1700 uur. Gebeld met de klantenservice en het was geen probleem, ze gingen hun uiterste best doen om het alsnog voor elkaar te krijgen. Ik hoefde alleen een nieuwe bestelling erin te zetten en dan zou ze het gelijk doorzetten. Zo gezegd zo gedaan. De oude bestelling werd uit hun geannuleerd en het geld stond de volgende dag retour op de rekening. Heel fijn dat er toch nog goeie klantenservice bestaat als het om rotdingen gaat!

Wat een geweldige service.

Wat een geweldige service.
Mijn moeder was donderdagmorgen overleden, toen heb ik om 13:00 een bestelling gedaan. Die dag werd het nog om 17:00 verzonden met Prio post en de volgende ochtend om 09:00 kregen de mensen al de rouwkaarten in de bus.
