In order for your bonus to be paid out, you need to have $20 of confirmed Cash Back. You can find these conditions in our FAQ and elsewhere on the website.

Company is paying cashbacks but you have to wait too long.

I contacted the company 5 times, every time they send me a auto-reply in german that they are going to take care of my request but nothing happens. I used the website for Trusted House Sitters cashback opportunity.

Today I received my cashback to my Paypal account, thanks. I won't give the company 4 or 5 stars because the communication between us was not smooth until my Trustpilot review about them. Company's online presence is too complicated, there are many similar social media accounts, even a cryptocurrency start up with the same name and logo (but it seems like not legit). In a nutshell, yes they paid my cashback but after months later.

We must formally apologize, normally all confirmed cashbacks are automatically paid out the following month after they are confirmed. However, we had a technical problem with our US payouts, which is why it didn't work out with the payout. 😔
Unfortunately, fixing the error took much longer than we would have liked.
Each of your messages was answered as soon as possible and we always informed you about the technical error. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand your anger absolutely! Which is definitely not in our interest. The satisfaction of our customers is our first priority! To our regret, the payout is only 1x per month possible, what else does not give our system, so of course everything took even longer. However, the technical error could finally be successfully fixed and you will definitely receive your cashback in May! 💰
