While I do get daytime flushes it’s the NIGHT FLUSHES that are a killer for me.I wake at 3am and 4 and 6 at least -have to get up, run my hands and neck under water ( sometimes have a shower ) a drink of water…The night cooling mode is a game changer…. A continuous blast of cool keeping the temperature down for 8 hours so I actually managed to sleep!You do need obviously to get used to wearing something on your wrist, the first night the noise drove me mad and I covered the light with a tiny bit of tape!After the second night I was gratefully far too deeply asleep to notice. Can’t remember when I last had an uninterrupted night’s sleep so I’d say worth a try for the night cooling alone!

I was part of a trial group using this device. Once I had got used to how the device worked I found it was so helpful for the awful perimenopausal hot flushes. The relief to be able to turn the device on for an instant cooling session made the flushes much more bearable and gave me confidence to tackle the day ahead knowing I had it on. The boost function is great. I used the warming function a couple of times (very rare I'm cold) and it was very soothing.

This device is brilliant. My flushes are less frequent, less severe and shorter in length. Whenever I feel a flush coming I press the button and it helps make it more bearable enabling me to carry on with my day. It also helps a great deal during the night.

I love it. Im kinda dependant on it since I got it, im always making sure its charged. It cools me down instantly as soon as I feel a hot flush coming on. Its a great invention. Thank u!

Firstly - customer service is phenomenal and incredibly personable. I’ve had a couple of minor issues and the team have sorted them for me, no issues, no dramas.
Secondly - the product. I have really severe hot flushes and also a constant “internal furnace” that makes me feel warm pretty much 24/7. This product doesn’t stop my hot flushes but it does help to calm and cool me when I need it the most. I tend to experience panicky feelings when I get a hot flush and this device helps to calm, centre and regain focus. As well as help cool me of course! It’s been a really useful tool for me and I wouldn’t be without it. I would recommend this to any woman who is struggling with feeling constantly warm as well as hot flushes.

Was a tad sceptical at first, but thought I'd give it a go due to the returns policy. I have had the MyCelsius for about a month now and have been really impressed with the look of the item and its impact on reducing the intensity of hot flushes: I find that pressing the 'cool' button right at the start of feeling a flush coming on seems to reduce the overall intensity and my face doesn't seem to go as red as before. (I haven't yet used the 'heat' button.) I found that the more I have used the MyCelsius for cooling hot flushes the more beneficial it has felt, so would encourage users to try it for a few days before deciding if it works for them. It felt a little bulky to wear at first but after a few days I no longer noticed it. I have found the impact to be greater in the day than when sleeping, but the cooling effect during the night is still helpful. There is a slight 'whirring' noise when it is activated, but having asked if those around can hear it, the most common response is "no". Great to see innovation with style in the arena of working to enable good midlife transitions. I very rarely leave reviews!

After reading a lot of reviews my partner bought this for me and honestly not impressed.

Battery life is awful, night mode the constant vibration keeps you awake. The pad gets that cold it’s actually painful! Will have to stick with good old fashioned leg out the bed to cool down

I was a little sceptical that this would work but it does, it cools my hot flushes within a few minutes, with a boost for the extra hot ones! I love that’s it on my wrist and therefore accesible, no more searching in my handbag for a fan!
The only negatives I have is the battery doesn’t last long so I charge it every morning and again before bed if it’s been used a lot during the day, it’s also quite chunky but I can live with that.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong size, customer service was excellent, sorting it out for me without hesitation.
I’m thrilled with MyCelsius, worth every penny!

I was really surprised at just how amazingly effective this cooling device was for my hot flushes. You really hope something is going to work when you are suffering and looking for a solution, and boy does this do the job! For me, the best part is the reduction in the strength and intensity of the hot flushes, and the length of time that you experience them. As I feel a hot flush come on, I press the little button and immediately I start to feel relief. I seriously cannot thank the MyCelsius team enough for giving me my life and my confidence back. Thank you.

This is a big deal for me so I have to share here. And in all transparency, I know someone who knows the team behind this very well (which is how I came across it in the first place) but I'm writing this review based 100% on my experience of the product and what's it done for me.

I'm not a 'review' type person, but this has changed my life, and I know so many women who struggle with the uncertain chaos that menapause and peri bring.
For me, hot flushes are random, irritaing and often embarrasing as hell. But more importantly, they felt out of control and deeply uncomfortable. I never understood what it would be like when I heard the older generation wang on about a 'hot flush'. But wow - for me it's like being lit with a match and ON FIRE wihthin seconds. It's over pretty quick, but the resultant heat surge through me ususally makes we want to strip off and run for the ice bath. Not ideal when I'm in a meeting.

And then along comes mycelsius.co.uk with the craziest of inventions. It's the size of a watch, I wear it on the other wrist, and when I feel a hot moment coming on, it's a simple tap on the button and then YOU FEEL YOUR BLOOD COOLING! The sensation starts at the inside of the wrist but within minutes my whole system is back to a comfortable temperature. That's MAGIC! I highly highly recommend it to anyone who has been suffering through the hell of heat that menopause can cause. It has a night mode, for continual cooling (if nights are your kryptonite). And, in case you're wired the other way, it has a warming option too.
It cools, and it looks cool too. The design is beautful. I love what they've done and I know this is going to do well for so many people.

My Celsius cooling bracelet has completely changed my day. It is my secret weapon to give me the confidence to attend a meeting, talk to a group, dine with friends, go anywhere. It has diminished my fear of : breaking out in perspiration, my face going red and hot, my discomfort, my loss of control, my embarrassment . Just press the button for instant cooling. So well made. So beautiful.

This product is a life a saver, I've gone through surgical menopause (without HRT) and my extremes of cold and heat are off the chart. I've tried many things, and this really is the only thing that helps, especially during the night. I highly recommend to anyone having hot flushes and night sweats.

I really like the simplicity and effectiveness of my new bracelet. The cooling sensation arrives in just a single push of a button.

The heat function is also a nice additional element that will come in handy now that winter is around the corner.

I was impressed with my Celsius from the very beginning. The delivery of my cooling bracelet was super swift. The packaging. The customer service. Everything felt really considered.

As for the cooling bracelet itself.. wow. I have been wearing it for a few weeks now and it’s really changed the way my hot flushes affect my day. As soon as I feel the heat rising, I activate the bracelet and I instantly start to calm down. The flushes never peak like they used to. I find myself feeling a little anxious when I have to take it off to charge it!

Couldn’t recommend this product enough. It really has changed everything about my hot flushes.

I bought the MyCelsius bracelet for a relative who struggles with hot flushes. WHAT A GAME CHANGER. Hot flushes have been absolutely awful for me...I've got to be honest, thought this might be too good to be true ( what can I say- the devil's power surges put me in a bad mood) But I've been proven wrong ( thankfully!) Wearable relief at the touch of a button has given me back control, made life so much more pleasant...and has stopped my make up from sliding off my face. Win, win, win. I love my Celsius bracelet. It really makes a difference to hot flushes and other occasions where my body struggles to self regulate.
It has a stylish design and is comfortable to wear both day and night.
