I joined this program because it seemed like a really good deal however 3 months in and the website disappeared. The email for support bounced back with no explanation at all. No way to file a complaint or even try to get my money back. TOTAL SCAM stay away.

Totally scam by mentioning lifetime access suddenly the whole website is gone

Poor site. I paid a small fee for a coaching course, and I began to read through the content. It wasn't very dynamic or interesting, but I still felt like there were things that were of benefit. The "dashboard" for interacting with the customer service team and the "advisors" was hard to navigate and didn't correctly synch with the course access I had purchased.

I took a couple of months off due to other pressures, and when I tried to log back in to complete the materials, the whole website was gone. A total scam.

a total scam con company. only here to scam people out of money. now the site is totally down so all access to the lame courses are all down. this company needs to be sued

This company is a big scam. I signed up for the Family Constellations certifications and all 3 levels at a good discounted price. Then every two weeks after that for the past 4 months they have continued to charge my account every two weeks for nothing. I have now had $1,000 of transactions that I have to try and get refunded to me via my bank. There are no videos in the courses only words to read, which is also extremely concerning. I can see now it is all AI generated and not put together by anyone legit. Ive emailed them and still had no response after 2 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

When I signed up for Art Therapy Counselor I did it with the trust that if it was not for me I can have my money back. It does say Money Back Guarantee before you buy it. The course was not of my liking and a bit confusing. The name under which it was charged is Herbasoothe Store and Affordable Dreams LLC. I just wrote them an email and I hope they refund my money. The number it had gave me an automated message that no one can take my call. It is really frustrating to deal with companies like this. Lesson learned. Lets do research before buying stuff guys.

Just signed up today for this course in neuropsychology coaching and I'm unsure if I did the right thing...

The payment appears to go to SYNOBALANCE and there are zero traces of this entity...

Feeling good that I've used credit card and I'm thinking I will probably cancel the payment as it looks straight out of Dodgeville now!

EDIT: it's worse than I thought!!!
The support email they sent in the original email does not exist (my request for refund got returned as there is no such email address)!!

Also there seem to be about 3 websites linked here: mycertifiedacademy.com is the one active!
When you check for their refund policy it sends you to mycertifiedacademy.school
So far no response whatsoever!
I called my card company to cancel the payment and raised it with Action Fraud!

It's now 100% a Facebook scam!
