Kai Shun Whetstone.

I purchased a Kai Shun whetstone from MyChefKnives. The site was easy to navigate, the purchase easy and the product arrived promptly. After a little trial and error I now have razor sharp knives. Would highly recommend both the product and MyChefKnives.

Thin blade

Wanted Acros knife similar to what I bought in Spain 20 years ago. These are the same beast, they are sharp and hold an edge when resharpened, more important the blade is very thin so cutting onions causes less eye watering spray. Old ones lasted 20 years before handle gave out.

Great Knives

These are really good knives, much better than the cheap ones I usually buy without being ridiculously expensive. Great weight and balance.
