I played arrow out through WeWard to gain more points. I completed level 1000 (actually 1035) in the allotted time, it expires today and I’ve never received credit. I have a pending complaint through the app but have not heard back yet. I will not be playing anymore games through Mychips. Disappointing playing that many games to get rewards, only to not get credit.

It was the best experience I have ever received from a game, the credits were given on time and even when I had a issue of not receiving credits even though I completed the last mission the support team was quick to assist. Really appreciate it.

I had nothing but a great experience laying on mychips. It provided more than enough choices regarding games to play and the customer service is wonderful. My small issue with tracking on a game was resolved within a couple hours and, although I didn't get to continue with the game, they did give me the first credit id earned from it. I love this offer wall. Recommended.

The MyChips website is a scam. I played their game Coin Fantasy, and everything was working perfectly until I reached level 90. I didn't receive my reward. At first, I thought maybe I should wait a few hours for it to be calculated, but nothing happened. I contacted support with proof: a screenshot and my game ID. I sent them a ticket, and after 24 hours, I received a response from support saying they couldn't help me, even though I played legally and spent over $40 to reach level 90. In the end, I didn't receive my reward. My message is that MyChips is a scam. My advice is, don't play their games so that all their advertisers and partners leave them and MyChips goes bankrupt. This scam will end. Don't trust MyChips.

Excellent service, good support. I had a delayed quest in Survivor Idle Run where I had 3 days left to complete it, I wrote to the support service and they responded the same day and gave me compensation for the delay with further instructions on completing the quests. That's why I decided to give a good review for the prompt response.

My account is still under investigation. That is what the screen shows when opening the app via stepler. It feels like they just give automatical responses. How do I know if a real agent is on the case or not? I have contacted them several times. I need a ticket to open my case. It is not fair to be banned not knowing why. They cannot even give any answer that is accurate. I habe been using stepler for over 2 years and I just started earning Diamonds. Your app is the one that gives the most reward. But it is the most problematic one too.

The offers are great and rewarding they are worth spending time on,the support team is great and helpful,and if issues present with offers tracking just contact them with proof and they will help

They owe me 31$ as I have completed many offers but I believe they stole the amount I was supposed to be paid from me using the excuse that the tracker was not working anymore. I have contacted them, they don't want to fulfill their word. I lost 3 weeks almost watching only ads every day for this. Also they paid the first missions, so I had no reason to believe it was a scam, until I advanced a lot and asked for support. The first offers were paid automatically so it was not a question of tracking as they say and will say. I'm very disappointed to have been scammed. Of course they will say things like they answered to whom they did the same thing, it's a bug, it's not our fault, you did something wrong, there's something wrong with your connection but I have done everything correctly and nothing was wrong with it
