Worst service ever
I believe the main principle for hiring people is "to be rude"! Only one person out of 5 actually did something do help and did not hang up. I purchased a ticket and didn't see it on the app. I purchased a second one to make sure it wasn't my fault, but I did not see any of those. I called to have my money back and they refused... Can you imagine? They refused to give me my money back, even though I couldn't use the tickets and just hung up on me. I'm not even mentioning the long time I had to wait in order to talk to each one of them.
