The explanation as to who they were
The explanation as to who they were, was my problem.
I chose this group quite a while ago as their calls to keep my claim going, was coming up as a possible scam.
A lot of time had passed, so I had forgotten who I had chosen and I have had scammers on my phone before.
Fortunately, they were genuine.
I'm glad they persevered as I must confess I put my phone down on them a few times as I was unsure.
They did good!
