I received an abusive text from Richard at my cleaning Co after requesting a quote for an end of tenancy clean and not responding within 72 hours. The email in response to my quote request via the website had been directed to my spam folder and I found it and decided to take the company up on their quote but reply in the morning as I am currently working 8-8 shifts. Apparently this is not good enough for Richard and I deserve a nasty text message at 9pm at night. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in my life. Thank god I didn't let this agressive man in my house! Think twice before giving your phone number to these people. Disgusting behaviour. It isn't as if you contact companies for a quote and expect to be abused verbally.... Thank god the 20 firms I did Web comparisons for car insurance with weren't so hostile!!

Provided me an excellent end of tenancy clean and would not hesitate to recommend. Courteous, great communication and fantastic cleaning provided.
