The bands were ok. I decided to use them anyway. There’s a latch on the buckle like you put the silver thing into the hole and the top of it is a little bit larger so that’s how it stays on. Well it fell off. I don’t wanna lose my watch so I put in for a return.
You would think I was returning $1000 item. They never asked me so many questions so many pictures and I tried to tell them there’s not a picture that’s gonna show that the band has a tendency to fall off! So purchase the band at your own risk, but don’t expect to get a refund if you don’t like them.

I ordered on January 20, 2026, they charged me the same day, and never received a shipping notification. I sent an email asking for an update on February 4, 2026 and never received a response. I still have not gotten a tracking number, and it is February 10, 2026. I don’t expect to ever get my package, nor a response. Great.

Do not buy from this company if you live in the United States. They will not let you return your watch band because they are overseas. They just offer a discount on another watch band.

I ordered a pine green Apple Watch band which took about 3 weeks to get which I was surprised since the website doesn’t seem international but it is they hide it because when you order it it’ll show under a national address (assuming you’re in the US.) Regardless when I received it the band the color wasn’t what I expected. The band broke immediately after taking it on and off my watch 2 times…. the retractable spring in the button that holds the strap onto the watch fell off and when I tried to put it back together it no longer retracts and won’t fit onto the watch. I tried returning due to sizing at first however the customer support wants multiple photos of how it doesn’t fit. I had already tried to return to sender at that point and thats when they told me their office is in Europe so I wouldn’t be able to. Even after sending multiple photos and a video explaining and showing the mechanical issues they claimed It was “put on improperly” and would need me to show them the part that’s not working properly. I sent another video showing /explaining how one side retracts and can be put on but the other doesn’t. They sent me their final email saying they will ship a new one but at no point did I ever want a replacement since the fit is small which I told them and instead insisted on a refund… however I have not received any emails since. They are quick to offer discounted future items but not refunds probably because they are overseas. I’ll admit that I rushed this order knowing that the band may be too small on me but then when I received the item color was off and the item didn’t take long to break. Overall don’t waste your money buy a genuine product for a bit more, less of a hassle in the long run. Seems like products are cheap Chinese knockoffs that you are still paying 20+ dollars for. Update 02/2026: Only after writing a bad review did this company reach out and now offer a refund only if I delete the review. Bad quality product but even worse customer support only want to make it right after they are poorly reviewed.

I ordered an Apple watchband from this company on November 3. They charged my credit card November 4. It was delivered November 19. The company doesn’t disclose that their products are shipped from China, even though it was ultimately shipped from Jamaica NY. Meanwhile I ordered a watchband from Amazon. It came in 2 days. The quality was identical, but the Amazon band was less than half as expensive as the one from My Colorful Bands.
Positives: they did deliver a watchband.
Negatives: shipping was 1980s long, and it was much more expensive

Took forever to receive the watch bands I ordered. I purchased them on June 20th and received them on July 7th. Jeez.

Sell watch bands that dont fit the wrist sizes as advertised, and then won’t allow you to return (unless you pay for international shipping). Extremely poor customer service. Definitely a shady operation, there are a lot of options to buy bands from, definitely buy from a place with a better return policy and service otherwise you’re wasting your money.

Love my new Endura Silicone band for Apple Watch Ultra! It’s soft, flexible, and feels great all day. The colors are great for the office and working out, and it’s super easy to swap out. Will definitely buy more!

After placing an order, within an hour I realized that it was a fake glow (deceptively called Lumina Green) so sent 2 cancellation requests to their email and made a request through their WhatsApp as well.

Those emails were never replied to and they continued to ship out the band which arrived 3-4 weeks later. The band does not anything like the picture on their site, and is actually white which is (very conveniently) not mentioned anywhere in the band's description.

So buyer beware...this is a fake, scam site based on them not honoring (or even attempting to honor) the policy that is clearly stated on their site. I learned my lesson and according to the deceptive information provided on their site I now cannot return the band. It reads: “We offer a 24-hour timeframe in which you can cancel your order after placing it. After that, we will not be able to cancel it since once the order is shipped we can't return it back to us”.

Very clever and deceptive!

UPDATE: They’ve reached out attempting to give a refund but only if I remove this review. Unlucky for them my integrity is worth more than the $25 paid for the fake band so I will not be removing this review and won’t be bribed into doing so. Let’s see if they can manage to finally do the right thing

My suspicions were correct they ONLY reached out because of this review where true consumer experiences can be heard. Thanks TrustPilot. Oh and they did try to have the post flagged and removed but after providing email proof and pics of the band that appear completely different to the watch on their site the post was reinstated by Trustpilot.

Let’s see what they do next, this is way too much energy for $25. If they had simply honored the policy clearly listed on THEIR site we would not be in the situation we're in, so now I'm only experiencing more deception (or attempted deception) on their part.

After waiting over 2 weeks without order updates I was concerned about my order. No communication from the company until I reached out. Then I received an email that “the bands are on the way” and when I looked at the tracking, it says only a label has been created, and the item still has not been received by the postal service.

Update: Finally received the bands after 3 weeks and the quality is good however they seem too large for my average sized wrist. So I won’t be wearing them. Should have only tried one first instead of buying three.

Not only did they offer me a discount for buying more than one and free shipping, I was surprised to find they are of the SAME quality of Apple, and actually fit BETTER, as they have made the band length about a 1/2 longer which allows easier on and off your wrist.
