THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL CON. Would give no stars if possible. Like everyone else on here I bought some shoes that looked great on the website but when they arrived were absolute rubbish. I emailed straight away for a refund and they offered me a discount to keep the shoes. The shoes were absolute rubbish and no good to me even at half price so I politely asked again for a refund. I was told I had to pay return postage of £13.50 which was unbelievable. After several emails they agreed to credit the postage to my account once I gave them the tracking number. Yep you guessed it. 14 months and many ignored emails later I'm still waiting. Those 2 pairs of cheap and nasty shoes ended up costing me money!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Rubbish sandals. Cheap flimsy materials, my feet were far from comfy. I emailed them for details of return but got no reply. I would not buy from this company again. Waste of money

This company is a scam
Do not order from them .. their products are nothing like their website and they say you can return if not satisfied.
I wanted to return mine and they have refused, taken my money and ignored all my emails when I’ve asked about a return.They offered me a partial refund to keep something that is not worth the money.

Ordered shoes on 22 September, finally received them on 26 October!
I am size 5.5 but ordered a 6 to be safe. The shoes were much too small and very narrow.
Contacted the email address straight away, got a reply 2 days later asking for my email address, order number and date of order! Did this immediately, then today I have another email saying they need product images and photos so they can help?!
However they do say they are here to help and hope to exceed my expectations! Hmmmm!!!

DO NOT BUY From them I purchased shoes for a Freind who by time they came had sadly passed away. I explained this to them they kept saying we give you a 30% refund which I refuse I wanted a full refund as were no good for anyone else eventually they put £19.29 refund in my account I paid £33.24 for them I have told them am going to trade and standards about this company they are just pure thieves

Do not trust this shop, despite advertising that they provide easy returns and full refund within 7 days of purchase they are still refusing to process my refund. I tried to return the shoes that do not fit, 5 days after delivery, the return link did not work, i emailed customer support, 3 weeks later i am still tying to get a refund. They offered 50% purchase price if i use it in their store, then 30% cash refund. If they do not refund as they advertise I will now have to report them to advertising standards

This is an update on my review dated 12/9/22. As I ticked the box for My Comfy Feet to be notified of my review I received an email asking for my name and email address!!I replied and 48 hours later received received and email asking me how I was and would I send photos of the sneakers which I did again explaining why I wanted to return and receive a full refund. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I've emailed them I've sent loads of messages about my shoes I've heard nothing anyone thinking of buying shoes from these people well don't cause as I've said before the soles are cracking I've had them 2 month's!!! They are cheap tacky shoes that cost enough

Same problem as others they arnt even wearable as they are so flimsy my heel slides out. Tried getting a refund from bank but the company denied it saying I’m yet to send them back. I shouldn’t have to pay postage to get them to china if what was described was sent in the first place

I have done a review previously on here so it's just an update. I am still waiting for a refund for sandals received in mid September and have now discovered that the parcel is sitting in Dublin awaiting a customs fee. Comfy feet have been notified of this and have obviously ignored it so I have emailed again for a refund. I will not give up!

As with other reviewers, I would advise against ordering. The shoes did arrive but poor quality and do not fit. Despite advertising free delivery and returns, their website indicates you pay for returns. It seems virtually impossible to get details of how to return them. I just get nonsensical emails asking for more details and photos! I suspect if I do mail them back I won’t get a refund! I wish I’d read the reviews here rather than on their own site! I agree that the company should be prevented from trading in the UK!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Sandals took weeks to arrive and when they did they were rubbish too wide and cheap tat! I have emailed 3 times asking for returns address and refund but it takes days even weeks to get a reply which is not a reply as they never answer your questions. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SELLING RUBBISH FOOTWEAR AND NOT LEGIT. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I have given this company 1 star as unfortunately I cannot give it zero stars! Please DO NOT buy from these people! I purchased shoes that DID NOT arrive and 7 weeks later I am still trying to get a refund. They have offered my a 30% discount and a 50% discount instead and told I can keep the shoes I didnt receive! Now they say they have given me a full refund?? THEY HAVENT!!!

Disappointed and feel cheated, only reason to give 1 star to get into reviews. Bought 2 pairs sandals, came with scuffs and 1 pair odd size. Trying to contact suppliers looks like a fake site. Please don't don't be tricked into buying from this site, very fake. Proving very difficult to find any contact to resolve issues

Do not order from this company! It is such a pity I did not read the reviews before ordering two pairs of shoes from this company. The quality of the shoes is really poor. It took several emails to get an address to return them to. I followed the returns policy to the letter - returning the shoes at at cost of £13.30 the returns address is in Eire and requires a customs label. I have had numerous communications with them since July 2022 when I placed the order. I have finally received a refund for the shoes, not the postage.
I was asked to return the shoes to this address - unsure if this is their main office.

I’ve learned my lesson. I should have checked the review before ordering shoes from this company. The shoes is more likely cost $5 worth! It’s so fake and poor quality.
If I could get refund I would send this back in flash.

Update on my review of 24th August.
I have received my refund in full but had to pay £11.00 to return the goods to an address in Ireland.
I feel I was fortunate but it took a lot of effort and emails plus posting a number of poor reviews to achieve this. I have learnt a lesson from this and that is to be careful about paying goods on line and ensure that the reviews you read are not false. I failed to check trustpilot and was taken in by positive reviews on the sellers own site.

This is an update from my review on 1st August. By 13th September, 41 days after the order apparently had been despatched, I still hadn't received the sandals. I contacted their customer services as they originally told me that the goods were despatched on 1st August so couldn't be cancelled. As delivery is quoted on their site as being between 7 - 20 business days I requested a refund and yet again cancelled the order. I sent the e-mail linked to a delivery receipt and read receipt.
I also stated that I would be contacting Trading Standards in the UK unless I received a positive response regarding my refund. I received the refund today. I think I've been very lucky getting my money back. I've also seen the exact same image of the shoes popping up on Amazon for £8.99, I paid £28.50. Don't give up trying to get redress, persistence can pay. I still intend to pass this all onto Trading Standards so they can hopefully stop them trading and preying on customers.
