My Concern
I’ve used My Concern for about a year now. It has transformed the way I deal with safeguarding issues and worries.
Previously, I had been recording worries in a file, and depending on the circumstances, sometimes on scraps of paper that were the closest things to hand. This led to a complicated paper system of ensuring my records were comprehensive, clear and secure whilst also trying to effectively record any actions that arose from the issues.
Since using My Concern, all my safeguarding information is stored in one place. It’s so easy to use; every time I’m worried I simply log a concern. I’m then reassured that this has been seen by relevant senior staff and has been securely logged in chronological order.
I really like the way that all safeguarding information is automatically transferred to colleagues when it comes to transition between classes.
My Concern makes it quick and easy to report concerns, amend, update, add attachments and share with safeguarding leads. Couldn’t do without it now.
