Absolutely horrible experience. Don't ever use this website

It was huge disappointment that the expensive flowers ordered by my management team online with this same website Condolences were not delivered for my mother’s funeral. I done an inventory for what was sent by the receipts given and one was not present. I emailed the website and got a response back that night. Nadia Saucedo responded stated she had spoken to the Vendor and flowers were delivered on time and that the vendor had a substitute policy where the florist may mix flowers and may get a different look than what the picture looks like online. No problem with me if the person who supports my mother’s funeral gets their money worth everything will be fine. I emailed her back and asked her who the vendor was so I could get the receipt. Nadia Saucedo, who is the Floral Team, whatever that title may be with this website deliberately ignored my request for the vendor to call me or to get me a copy of the delivery receipt. The next day Nadia Saucedo emailed from Condolence.com where she works stating that the person would get a full refund for 257.84. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I hadn’t been aware of this action, Condolence.com and whoever the vendor was would have gotten away with stealing money from someone who cared enough to buy nice expensive flowers for my mother’s funeral and the flowers never got there. It’s a low-down dirty shame. They are not worth dealing with if they are going to be dishonest. Nadia Saucedo, you should be ashamed of yourself. There is no telling how many others this website has gotten ripped off. While you and the family are grieving about the love whom they have lost, they are stealing from you. Everyone please be aware of this website and vendors whomever they are it will save you some trouble!

First and last time I’ll ever be fooled…

First and last time I’ll ever be fooled my this website ordered an arrangement of green plants in a basket for a funeral paid 100$ and received a white hydrangea in a very spring tin,reached out to customer service they told me there is a substitution clause which I totally understand “they allow substitutions for equal to or greater then value” but I do not believe that is greater to or equal to value and I feel if not greenery was available I should have been contacted instead of just smacking a hydrangea from a pot into a tin and sending it…

Absolutely horrible experience. Don't ever use these people

A huge disappointment. I ordered online on a Sunday to have a blanket overnighted for a family member's funeral that was on Tuesday. Nowhere did it say that it would not be displayed. I intended for it to be displayed because every funeral I've ever been to they do that. It barely got there in time for the funeral. I was not offered any. I did not feel like I was taking care of properly. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are not worth it. Go through somebody else and they don't stand behind anything and it doesn't say that it wouldn't be displayed anywhere

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Order from an outside company. You'll be much happier with what you receive and the service. Canceled my order and then sent an email after the fact stating they were refunding the money and the order couldn't be completed due to the time. But when I placed the order it was there company that selected the delivery date not me. So I don't know how they could state there wasn't enough time to complete the order when they were the ones that selected the delivery date. No resolution. When I called to complain all they kept saying is we refunded your money. Will never use again.

Pitiful flower arrangements

For the money we paid for a flower arrangement for a funeral, the flower arrangement was pitiful! It did not look at all like what was advertised. We paid $160 for six roses, some greenery, a hydrangea, and some sad looking purple flowers. They take advantage of the vulnerable and the convenience of those who could not attend. We saw a picture of the flowers from a friend, and it was embarrassing. Total rip off! Disgusted!

If I could give a negative minus 1…

If I could give a negative minus 1 review score I would. Just don't order from them. They charge big $$ and delivered a crappy flower arrrangement for the funeral that I couldnt't attend so I ordered from their website. Bad bad bad rip off.

Description of complaint:Do not order Flowers or Gifts through funeral home website. Order directly from florist

Description of complaint:
This is an online company that partners with your local funeral homes, using their trusted florists and vendors to offer sympathy gifts. The unfortune thing is they contract with local florist using the information from the funeral home that lists the contact information with the time and place for the flowers to be send. The problem is that they do not or did not relay the correct information to the florist. My husband's Celebration of Life for for November 26th, 2024 at 7pm at our church. Confirmation emails were sent out to the purchasers of the flowers confirming the date and time but the flowers were delivered the day after or not at all. The florist stated they were ordered to be delivered on the 27th, the day after the event. I want the flowers that were ordered. They did refund to one friend but that is what they should do is refund to everyone who did not get their flowers delivered on time. This is a company that uses third parties but with no follow up or accountability if they provide the wrong information to the third party. I told them to make this right they need to have the flowers delivered to me at their expense. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS THROUGH ANY FUNERAL HOME SITE CALL YOUR FLORIST DIRECTLY UNLESS YOU WANT THE LOSS OF YOUR LOVE ONE TO BE EVEN MORE TRAGIC.

HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE

Ordered a very expensive standing bouquet through the funeral home website to be delivered for memorial services. Website stated they were guaranteed to be delivered. More than 2 weeks AFTER the services, I received an email that my order was canceled and a refund was being issued. No explanation was given. HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE TO DO THAT TO A GRIEVING FAMILY.

Ordered funeral flowers and they weren't delivered.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were not delivered. They said the flowers were ordered too late to be delivered. The website confirmed the delivery and didn't state anything about a cut off time. The flowers were never delivered and they refused a refund. Condolences.com said the best they could do is to deliver them to the family.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Price was outrageous for what I received. A tiny vase of flowers cut much to short. I was embarrassed. The arrangement looked like the work of a child. Never ever again. Buyer beware

I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this company. They are ridiculously over priced for one. What they advertise isn't what you you get. I spent $149.00 and I got a bouquet with withered roses and an arrangement that I felt insulted with. Spoke to Micheal and he had nothing to say. Noth even an apology. Use another company of you can. Service is awful. If I can give this review a zero, I would do so. Don't let them ruin it for your family ot friends.
