Excellent Service - Highly Recommend!

The customer service at MyCorporation exceeded my expectations by far! Carlos was very knowledgeable of the features that each package deal had to offer and patient enough with me to explain each one them. He provided options of ways I could complete my application and took the time out to walk me through to completion which was very reassuring. I received my finalized documents very quickly, within a week and a half and that was without rush shipping. Carlos' positive attitude while answering all of my questions during this time only confirmed that I made the right choice choosing MyCorporation!

Brandon is amazing

Brandon is amazing. He knew what I was asking for even though I was having trouble articulating it. He was able to provide electronic copies immediately and saved my tax day. I have 2 companies with MyCorporation and I am happy and relieved to be able to use them for all my Corporation types of needs.

Can I give half a star

Can I give half a star? I opened a coaching business about 5 years ago and decided to go with MyCorporation at startup. After 2 years, I wanted to cancel my membership with MyCorp and go with someone else. For the past 3 years, I have called them several times each year to stop sending me renewal emails and notifications every month. There is a lady in the office who is very condescending and so stuck up I was appalled that she was even allowed to work there. I have also emailed them more times than I can count to stop the emails and guess what email I usually get the next day when I ask them to remove me from their lists? An email to renew or enroll in email notifications. It’s been almost 4 years since I cancelled my services with them and I’m STILL getting emails! They are very unprofessional at this company. Go somewhere else.

No lighting fast service here, very disappointing service

No lighting fast service here! I had to finally call them to ask what was going on? They said somebody was supposed to call me, but didn’t?? I paid for rush service on everything, and after 2 1/2 weeks when I finally got a hold them all they say is California isn’t rushing anything?? But they charged me for everything? Go figure. The lady tells me they already refunded me the expedite fee, but she was going to see what else they could do because of all the issues. I get a voice mail today saying they refunded me $185.00 like she was helping me out? Turns out they had never refunded me the expedite fee from before and that’s what she refunded me and nothing else? Fist time to use this company and it will be my last time!

Brandon Fleming more than helpful

I have been more than pleased with the service I received from My Corporation over the past few years. I was not comfortable with my knowledge of how corporations work and they help ease my fears. Brandon Fleming was especially helpful to me in the dissolution of our LLC. If we embark on another partnership venture, I will certainly use My Corporation again!!

The company was always there to lend a…

The company was always there to lend a hand and it even goes through to the end. I have decided to close down my organization and to start changing my Registered Agent. Brandon was there to lend a hand and even provided the LLC Information Change form I needed. Wouldn't have expected anything different from the company but it is always nice to see that their Customer Support staff are top notch and fully understand what they need to do to support the customer. Thanks.

My review of My Corporation/Jennifer Briseno.

Today I spoke with a young lady by the name of Jennifer Briseno who promptly answered my call and instead of ushering me off to one of her associates, politely and thoroughly explained not only most of the 10 articles included in the LLC as it applies to Texas, but took the time to explain other aspects of the LLC as well as correcting some mistakes I made. Her patience and ability to make plain what may seem complex to one who may just be venturing into starting and properly licensing a small business, gives you the valuable support needed to confidently move forward. Thank you and hopefully others have the opportunity like I did to be helped by you for about any concerns pertaining to the inner workings of the LLC.

Online Services Worked Perfectly For Me!

I registered a trademark, with my former employer, through Mycorp. I knew somebody that worked there and they helped me thorough the process. I recently filed a dba but didn't want to bother my connection with Mycorp so I filed it through the website independently on my own. I thought I would write this review to let others know that the services rendered worked as well online independently as well as if you had an inside connection. Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business. Our apologies you feel that you have experienced poor service thus far. Per our records, we received your copyright order on Thursday, May 7, 2020. You should have received a confirmation email letting the order was received and the process has started. That same day we reviewed the order and billed the credit card provided. When the credit card was billed you should have received another email letting you know the order was successfully billed and put into process. On Friday, May 8, 2020, the MyCorporation Filing Department researched and drafted the paperwork. On Monday, May 11, 2020, an email was sent to you confirming if the order application was correct and you responded to the email saying “yes”. Because you were so quick to respond we were able to file and complete the order same day. Everything you requested has been sent you via email including you log in and filing receipt. I feel we have been in contact with you every step of the way. With most international filings we communicate via email because of the time difference. Again we apologize if you felt dissatisfied that was definitely not our intent. In fact, we were able to process and file your order within three business days which is well before the timeframe stated. Should you have any other questions or concerns at all please do not hesitate to reach out.

Not a good experience

I returned to MyCorporation for a second time, because my experience back in 2014 was excellent. This time around, I was less than satisfied, especially considering the fee for their services. As a small business owner, I am disappointed by the complete lack of customer service I received, and the handling of my inquiries. My emails would go unanswered for days, until I followed up two or three times. My phone call voicemails not once returned. Obtaining a new EIN number seemed an impossible task for some reason, and I could never get a clear answer on what was going on. I eventually had to deal with the IRS myself, costing me hours of my own time, and multiple trips to the bank. All of this has delayed payments from clients. At the end of the ordeal I was told that I didn't need to change my EIN anyway, yet I was still charged for the service! I would expect that a company who expertises in these things could tell me that from the start.

Sometimes you want to give the little…

Sometimes you want to give the little guy a chance. Dealing with this company almost ruined that belief for me. A simple filing for an LLC turned into a nightmare as the individual misspelled by company name. A name that does not consist of any words that are not in the dictionary mind you..

I would chronicle the entire experience to explain how horrible it has been but it's a long bizarre story of incompetence. Understand that it was embarrassing enough for them to have grounds for them to give me the refund I demanded and also throw in the Tax ID number.

As I tried to communicate to the people in the company I spoke with, I am not a believer in negatively impacting small businesses since we are the life force of America however unfortunately this experience has been terrible and costly. 'Trying this company out' resulted in my company missing out on thousands of dollars in deals. I truly don't see how my experience could have been worse.

Since the order was place via the phone we always stress the importance of reviewing your confirmation email for errors that may have been made during translations. We understand you’re a business owner and your time is valuable. MyCorporation offered and did file an amendment at no charge. When we spoke on 12/23/19 with regard to the filing delay, we sensed your frustration, so we offered to obtain your EIN at no charge. Due to the time of year all state and government offices tend to be busier and backed up because the amount of filings being requested. Although the order was corrected and completed on 12/30/19 we refunded all service fees for the inconvenience that we may have caused. Truly MyCorporation’s only intent was to get your business filed with the state per your request. We will do anything and everything to make our clients happy and satisfied. In fact, we felt by everything we did list above proved that. For any reason if you do not feel unhappy please let us know what we can do to rectify the situation and make you a happy customer.
