Terrible customer communication. After waiting three months, our sofa was only partly delivered on 11th February. We paid extra for delivery and assembly, but only two of the four parcels arrived and no assembly was offered. After unpacking it ourselves, we discovered two more parcels were missing. Now we’re being told it could be at least another week. Simply not good enough from Cozmo and Empire Delivery.

I absolutely love my cozmo sofa and chair, such beautiful pieces of furniture . I can’t fault the process from start to finish , team has been extremely helpful in getting my order right which I changed a few times . Special mention to Rosemarie who was so helpful from start to finish . Highly recommend this company .

Cozmo kept us informed of progress and of the delivery day and time. Sofa is very comfy as and looks great.

I think the assembly instructions need to be a bit clearer, but we got there after thinking it through for ourselves.

I ordered an armchair. The quality is really good. The chair is beautiful to look at and very comfortable. It was delivered within two weeks. The whole experience was great, I will definitely order again from cozmo.

The customer support at Cozmo was the best I have ever experienced. Every text, email and phone call was answered promptly and politely. The team did everything possible to help with our issues ( a special thank you to Ann ) and tried really hard to solve our problems.
Sadly the sofa wasn’t right for us and a refund was offered.
Once again this process was efficient and trouble free. The service from the delivery company who collected the sofa was excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending Cozmo as a highly professional and customer friendly company.

Very happy with our King Size bed frame . Packaged to fit easily through doors and up the stairs.It took less than 10 mins to assemble and is very well built. It also looks great in the room

Sofa is a complete win! 6 months in and still pleased with choice of colour, style and comfort. So easy to assemble, I’m 5 foot and did it myself in 30 minutes. Absolutely love it!

Love the chair… we already have the corner sofa. Have now splurged on a cuddle chair too… now just want the Sherpa covers to go on them both! Maybe next Christmas.

Amazing sofa and a 5 star review to the sales team! I had a lot of questions and they walked me through everything I needed to know, as i have a very tight hallway/doorway to get through. A+++++++ for the comfort and ease of assembly. 10/10!

Love my new sofa, well worth the wait! Great customer experience from the showroom to the delivery and installation. Would really recommend visiting the showroom if you are in the area, it helped a lot in making decisions on size/colour/fabric.

Staff at the showroom were an amazing help, talked us through all possible combinations. The anticipation of delivery was made better with the updates!! Delivery was smooth and without any issues. Sofa assembly was very easy!!

Was a little nervous about ordering a sofa without sitting on it but our narrow hallway and tight turn left us with few options. I need not have worried though - Cozmo are brilliant!
