I purchased a lovely braided leather band for my partner which broke after 4 months of him wearing it. I emailed mycraftjewlery 3 times with no response. Very disappointing. I would never buy anything through them again.

i normally don't try companies that do not show to reputable, but i was willing to give them a chance. I did, and I won't anymore, because i won't say they are a scam, I got what I ordered, but they missed sending me part of my order, told me 3 weeks before it would be here before Father's and this is July 16 and i still have not received it, I ordered one more time (my last time) a braclet for my brother and it said it was delivered a week ago and it's still not here, so if anyone wants to give them a chance like i originally did, i wish you the best of luck. But they will never get anymore money from me.

I want to say I place an order from this company in June 12 2022 and I havent gotten anything yet and its July 3rd so I am letting y'all don't order anything from them because they will take your money and you want get your order and cant get up with anyone about my order

They scammed me. I ordered father's day gift and it was shipped to Germany.
This is their response: Hello my friend,
Wish you have a nice day!
The tracking information shows that your package has been delivered at the mailbox. Suggest you check your mailbox.
But after I posted this it magically appeared in my mailbox all the way from Germany.

I ordered something june 1st for fathers day . I havent heard from them since . I have a order number but thats it . Cant track it or nothing. I guess i have to take a loss . Still.waiting tho june 23rd . 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Ordered a bracelet about two weeks ago, wanted to make sure I’ll receive it in time for Father’s Day. Sent and email and got a response in regards to someone else’s order that included their name and address. Nothing in regards to my order. I even sent them a Facebook message and still no response. If I don’t hear something in the next few days I’ll be filing a change back, pretty sure this company is a scam.

I ordered back in May. I have not got a response back. I have emailed twice and no response. I was buying to give to my husband for his birthday on June 15th

I just wanted to give an update to my original statement. I did finally receive my mother's day necklace on May 19, 2022. It was pretty but they lied about the jewelry being 14k gold which really was the whole point of me ordering it believing it was real gold even though my daughter had told me it would be fake because it did only cost $59.99. If you are like me and you want real gold don't buy any of their jewelry because it is fake.

Ordered something for mothers day over 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive tracking. I did email and received the following response…

Your parcel has been picked up by the Express already, The post office feedback the parcel was delayed by COVID-19. we will offer you the tracking information as soon as possible and we will keep you posted with the progress.

Ordered and NEVER received. Emailed several times and nothing SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

This is a scam site, ordered a item off of it and I haven't gotten a tracking number or anything. I have emailed them twice asking for a tracking number and I haven't gotten a reply (over a week ago)
