Ordered 2 Z-Flex tilt heads which looked like they included the motorized slide and panoramic base. Only got the heads. Emailed company who claimed I only ordered the tilt heads but I could purchase the other items. I told them I didn't want to and requested a refund, offering to return to the California address on the shipping mailer. They refused and offered me several different refund amounts from $3-$15. I made a PayPal claim. They offered to refund the full amount ONLY if mailed with tracking to an address they gave in Chinese characters. STAY AWAY!!!!!

CHINESE Bait and switch. They advertised a Bluetooth phone gimbal with stabilizer but receipt says without stabilizer and they delivered a selfie stick. £39.00

Started off on one website zyppi-uk.com ended up buying from mycrush.com fortunately I saved the entire webpage.

This is false advertising, i ordered Z-Flex Tilt Head™ & Motorized Camera Slider &Panoramic Camera Base Bracket(UNIVERSAL) , they send only the head, no slider and no camera pantomimic base bracket, they are playing games with me trying to return it, don't buy it, the head only on amazon only for $11 and you get it the next day not 2 month after order. fake company.

i bought a 'motorized' camera slider from this firm for $109. turns out it was a non motorized piece of junk, 6 inches long, worth maybe $5.
i should have known better - Chinese firm, took 2 months to arrive, i had to pay $15 customs dues when it did. Total scam - don't be a dumb as I was.
