Issue solved, credit card issued credit as of this writing.
Place order for 3 e-watches on 09/27/20. Credit card charged 09/28/20. Items to be shipped within 7 to 15 days, but due to COVID19 there may be a few extra days for processing and shipping. After 30 days and no order or information for delay contacted customer service via e-mail, was informed that due to Covid19 and high demand for items, there was an extended delay and that order would be expedited from fulfilment warehouse and to expect tracking information shortly. Again 10 days later and no info or delivery status called and requested cancelation of order and a complete refund, was informed that because order was expedited and shipping in progress, NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND COULD BE ALLOWED. Contacted phone number listed on my Credit Card Statement, was also given the same information. Now filed a claim for refund from my Credit Card which will take between 45 to 90 days for investigation and refund. According to Federal Trade Commission information charge should not be done until item is shipped. So far 60 days have passed and no order for items already paid; frustrating issue, thirteen e mails and numerous phone calls. Be very cautious when ordering deals for items on line. Feel I was one of those many scammed.
