Danielle was very helpful and sorted things quickly for us and very pleasant and easy to talk to without feeling judged by our situation

From my first contact until my case was handed over to the insolvency company I received fantastic support and advice from this company. My contact, Danielle, was really helpful and patient with me and kept me fully updated throughout the process. Both Danielle, and her supervisor Anthony, were reassuring and made the process so simple. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.

Danielle was just so calm and knowledgeable putting me at ease straight away. She followed through on all advice and her non judgemental caring attitude was just what I needed to hear. I have been very worried of how I will pay my debt giving me sometimes restlessness, too many letters and phone calls but when one of of your staff Sophy took the burden off me she was very understanding of my situation, she reassured me.
