I'm not sure who the other reviewers were, but I have had nothing but a NIGHTMARE form the second I placed my order. The immediately try to upcharge you by trying to get you to purchase the "Better Model" and many serums. It goes on forever. When I finally was able to get to the purchase confirmation page, I had multiple items that I did not want including a membership that they claim is free, but you are charged every 14 days for. I immediately called Customer Support to clarify my order and cancel what was not supposed to be on my order and it has been nothing but HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from there. I was assured that it was taken care of - after again, trying to add on other services, but ultimately, I was still charged for everything - ALL AT INFLATED PRICES!
Forget about the 90 Day refund! I received MANY different excuses as to why I can not return anything. Also the device that was sent to me looks NOTHING like the device advertised. So not only was I charged over double the price it was supposed to be, it was not the correct device. As for the serum...it's a 1oz bottle of oil for the face, not body!! Complete false advertising. I immediately filed a fraud claim with Pay Pal with a description of every detail along with email thread and text correspondence with Customer Service. Very deceiving and a complete SCAM company!!!!

After 2 weeks of trying MyoGlow, I received a call. I informed them that I wasn't seeing results. Turns out, that because I don't have all the product. $600 later, I now have all the product. 2 weeks go by and still no results. AND during this time, they would call me every day. When I would refuse the call because I am at work, they would call back. Sometime up to 10 times continuously.
I finally had enough and say you have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee and 90 day risk free. However, that does not mean getting your money back. It means they will continue to tell you you need to buy more product to get it to work or you need to start seeing their "dermatologist" for $750/month.
Don't waste your money, time, and sanity. Don't order from MyDermaDream!
Melchie Didn't Give-Up on Me!
When I signed onto a membership with MyDermaDream, I didn't read the proverbial "small print." So after many months of receiving the product, which I didn't think I had ordered, I decided to contact My DermaDream to cancel my membership. Imagine! I was greeted via email by one of your staff members, Melchie, who was a delight to correspond with... After several attempts to cancel my membership, Melchie's sense of kindness and humanity came through loud and clear, to the point where I felt free to confide in her the reason I needed to cancel my membership: financial concerns. Please know that as a 'private person' who seldom shares any thing personal with anyone, I was in shock that I had, in fact, done so! Why? Simply because Melchie made me feel comfortable in her honest and wise hands, and as a result, she (an online 'stranger,' in essence) had earned my trust. Whoever is reading this, you can be assured that Melchie displayed - by her written word - professionalism, knowledge of your products, and patience, after which she presented me with an alternative to cancelling my membership. And due to her extraordinary negotiating skills, I am still a MyDermaDream member : )
Without a doubt, Melchie is one of your BEST representatives, and I am grateful to be the recipient of her knowledge and fortitude. She is an individual who actually brings her heart, along with her mind, into work every day, and I imagine, into absolutely ALL her endeavors,

Scam company!
I purchased a MyoGlow which I received without issue. However, they immediately began calling and spamming me with 2-3 emails a day advertising other products and telling me to call them to speak with a consultant. Less than 2 weeks later after the purchase, I was then charged $52.81 for a subscription "membership" which they said I signed up for when I purchased the product. There was NO warning or chance to opt out.They said they did the favor of "cancelling" my membership but refuse to refund what I was initially charged despite their emails saying that they are happy to issue refunds or resolve complaints. I have been asking for a refund and they are only offering me to buy more product. At this point I am not interested AT ALL. They are very predatory and should be investigated. My request for a refund via Paypal was denied so I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will also do so with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Buyer beware! Scam company!

Don't buy this product. You order the device and they automatically sign you up for a membership. When you cancel the membership online, which I have done 5 times now, they send you an email purporting that they understand you and your frustration and then continue to charge your credit card the next month. They never actually cancel the membership. First, I bought the device and they charged my credit card almost $90, adding in a prorated membership for the first month. Then I cancelled the membership and charged my card $54 the next month. I contacted the by email and online and cancelled my membership 3 more times. Same letter same response. Then month 3 came and they charged another $54 to my card. I cant even open the box now and have never ordered products they continue to charge me for. I am heading to the bank tomorrow and reporting the fraud. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a scam operation!

Excellent Customer Care with Jessa!
Jessa was kind, patient, and listened to everything I had to say. She was even apologetic, which she did not have to be because what occurred was not her doing! Through it all, she was most concerned that my experience with the product was a positive one. What could have been a hassle was worry free because of Jessa.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company charged my account fraudulently for an “upgraded” device I did not order. I ordered the basic device, and within seconds of exiting out of a video selling the upgraded device-I was charged. I did not authorize this device! When I immediately called their customer service I was told they could not remove the additional fraudulent charge. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. Filed a complaint through my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau where their rating is an “F”.

They customer service was great. They answered right away and I was able to get things fixed within a couple of days. The ads that I waa seeing were a little confusing on the pricing but Tahla was able to explain it to me and even fix the issues with my membership.
This company is AWFUL
This company is AWFUL. They bury their policies and clandestinely automated a subscription model without my knowledge. I had barely received my initial order when I was charged for my first "subscription" order of more product. When I called to cancel the order they said they couldn't and wouldn't provide a refund. It took several emails to get them to cancel whatever subscription they'd signed me up for. They called and emailed relentlessly to upsell me and when I called for a refund, they told me they don't accept any returns or provide any refunds. Their "90 day satisfaction guarantee" only covers product replacement if you have issues - no refunds.
So, I'm out over $200 and told them I would write a review, hoping to save someone else from the same fate. Good luck!
