Avoid Digoo products!

I bought a DG Hama Alexa version on Banggood, with wireless PIR and switches, remote and siren. Installation was simple and straightforward, I had to keep all sensors into a 20 mt range.
After one year I must say that I'm really disappointed: the alarm is arming and disarming by itself, sometime in coincidence with a PIR event.
A couple of time it also disconnected from the app, the WiFi connection was still OK, but no way to restore the remote control, the only solution has been a factory reset and reinstall from scratch.
Digoo support proved to be useless or not responding at all.
My suggestion is to avoid Digoo products, something that i'm going to do right now.

My doorbell depends on that Digoos…

My doorbell depends on that Digoos servers work. Digoos servers does not work very often. They are down, sometimes for month.
When complaining I get random aswers, but never a solution.
There is a firmware update, but it is not poiible to install, and I has IT as an profession. When contacting Digoo, again radom answers and no solutions.
Avoid this brand if You don't like problems.
