Some issues but good solutions offered.
The blinds we bought were eventually made to the correct specification and suited out needs. The second delivery company used, managed to get out to us on time every time too.
The orders team were really helpful and dealt with all the issues that seemed to keep appearing through manufacture. We were even given some money back to as a good Will gesture for the manufacturing issues. Customer services wise, they have some excellent staff and are attentive to customer needs.
The blinds are mostly good quality, one particular blind has been fraying from the moment it was put up, so I would avoid this type of fabric again.
