I used them before with no issues at all. But my order on 12 Nov 2019 they said they needed my doctor info. I gave it to them in the description and also in several emails. Silence.... Silence. Tried calling and email until today 21 Nov 2019. Disputing with my bank and showing them these reviews that im not alone. I believe this is now and exit scam and will be getting all new banking cards. It's sad. They started out wonderful but possibly they've been hacked recently or they are just scammers. GPHC HAS BEEN NOTIFIED!

Great customer service, they kept me updated about my order. I have used them many times and I have never had any issues. I think they are a small team, handling a lot so I appreciate all the help they give me, it's much more convenient using their service than trying to get an appointment at my doctors.

So far i've made an order and had everything go okay, then i made a second order a month or so later only to have problem after problem after it was declined.

When it was cancelled i was told it would take 2 days for a refund to come through. it has now been 3 weeks, they're very difficult to get in touch with (they ignore emails), their live chat is incredibly hit or miss as to whether someone will be kind enough to reply at all. i've been told twice that a refund is coming through after spending the last 3 weeks intermittently asking for a refund.

i'd honestly just avoid them if i knew it would be like this in advance.
