Avoid MyDoodleCrush’s deceptive practices and serious red flags
I want to warn others of what we discovered related to MyDoodleCrush.com after attempting to purchase a puppy. Despite the polished website and staged reviews, this company raises multiple red flags. All questions are met with lengthy responses that do not address the question directly and appear to be copied and pasted from repeated use.
Misleading business history: They claim 14 years of experience when you speak with them and 8 on their site(s), but Utah state records show MyDoodleCrush was formed less than 3 years ago, February 06, 2023. This contradicts their marketing and suggests deliberate misrepresentation.
Questionable-sounding reviews on their website and Facebook page are filled with overly generic, repetitive 5-star reviews, many of which appear AI-generated or purchased. Meanwhile, independent review sites like BBB and Yelp tell a much darker story.
No transparency as to where are the dogs raised. The actual breeding or kennel facility address is never disclosed. The company's registered address is just a virtual mailbox (a Postmates PO box-style drop point), not a real location. This lack of transparency is concerning for anyone who cares about how their puppy was raised. They work diligently to not allow purchasers to come to the facility, instead only meeting elsewhere, or not at all.
They stated the puppy needed 2 more weeks to visit (8 weeks of age) and the very next day posted her multiple times as "Available NOW"
Health guarantee appears to comes with a gag order. They boast a 2-year health guarantee, but to access it, as other reviews have stated, it appears you must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Reputable breeders don't require silence in exchange for honoring basic commitments. This contract also specifically excludes Parvo. This practice feels manipulative and unethical.
Pattern of sick puppies and no accountability, offering no communication, compensation, or just hollow pre-written messages.
Customer complaints reveal a disturbing trend: puppies arriving underweight, infested with parasites, or gravely ill with some requiring immediate emergency care, others dying within days.
One customer reported a puppy arriving 5 lbs underweight with pneumonia and hookworms. The puppy died days later, and the breeder refused to refund the $2,000+ cost.
Another family reported a congenital heart condition discovered two weeks in, but were told no refund would be issued. And in at least 3 cases customers reported receiving a puppy other than the one they had reserved.
Dozens of similar accounts exist on BBB, Yelp, Facebook posts, and Reddit.
Guardian-home marketing misused as they promote a "guardian-home" model, but buyers report that this seems to mask puppy mill practices. Puppies may appear well-raised at first but develop major health and behavioral issues soon after arrival.
MyDoodleCrush.com presents itself as a premium doodle breeder, but there are too many apparent serious issues to ignore:
The fake experience claims
Hiding with hidden location
Hiding business registration(s) through a parent LLC at same virtual mailbox.
Hiding NDA-based health guarantee
Trying to hide many reports of sick or dying puppies by flooding with bot-generated or purchased reviews.
Please do your research before giving them a deposit like we did. You will receive the purchase contract only after making deposit, and the deposit remains non-refundable for any reason. Transparency and integrity matter when it comes to new furry family members, find one of the literally hundreds of other options that are most honest and ethical.
