I ordered and paid for my bike on myecobike website. It showed 5 models of the bike I purchased available. No problem, took my money and it showed as 'processing'. 24 hours later, I get an email from myecobike saying 'We've JUST sold our last bike', Hmmmm the same one that I had already paid for as there were 5 in stock.
Yes my money was eventually refunded but surely your system knows who ordered first and when to show out of stock???? I will go elsewhere :-(

My experience was one in which I was completely happy with the process from start to finish. I said I would help my mum to try and find an ebike, and while looking at different sites and I got recommended this one from a friend.

As somebody who doesn't know too much about evokes this site and was a really helpful resource for me with a simple guide on the different types and brands. I was also able to ask the site itself for some recommendations and advice for what to look for in which they didn't just recommend the most expensive option.

Overall I found the experience of the site really nice and I was able to make a better purchase through the information on the site.

They have a wide range of e-bikes at different prices, so it’s easy to find one that fits your needs and budget. Their prices are more affordable than many other brands. The bike descriptions are clear, and the pictures help you understand what you’re getting. The bikes are good quality, and the warranty gives you extra peace of mind. and they were friendly and helpful.

It has almost become inevitable for me to get hold an E-bike for several reasons. I can now say I have ticked the box and am really happy with the service received to obtain this bike and am over the moon with the bike itself. It’s early days but after a couple of rides, I do really feel good and excited about this new addition to my lifestyle. The whole experience of purchasing the bike was wholesome and would definitely recommend.

Seamless experience dealing with this company both on the site and communicating with them via email. They have answered all of my questions about the cycle to work scheme. I also found their very well put together FAQs. I bought the bike I wanted and I’m really happy with my decision as well as the service I received. Would definitely recommend.
