They take credit card numbers but have no inventory that I can tell. If you had any interaction with this company, change your credit card number right away.

Was just about to place an order but I thought the price was alittle too good. GLAD I checked, this company must be collecting credit card numbers for fraud use. Thanks to everyone that posted thier issues with this company.

Oh, I did sign up for an account. Even got a verification email. Maybe I try and call Monday.

Ordered a product from them even got an oder number paid for ups shipping as well. Received an email 2 days later order was canceled. I called no response and emailed them the email came back as undeliverable.... im confused they never credited me my money back.... this is very unprofessional as a business im not sure if its legit. I'll be calling my bank to dispute ... how do you cancel someone's order and not credit their account

Zero stars if I could. I sent an order, was confirmed but not shipped -- suddenly received a "Canceled" with no response/reason/apology.

MyEliteProducts.com are terrible.

I ordered a new Brother sewing machine from them on Black Friday and received an order confirmation immediately... and then didn't hear from them again.

They list a shipping policy of 1-3 days, or next day for some addresses. But 3 days later, I hadn't heard from them. I tried the contact us chat widget, but it's just straight up fake. There is no one there, and they will never respond.

I called their customer support number multiple times during business hours, and left a message. No one ever answered, nor responded.

So I submitted a message via their contact us form. Still nothing.

I didn't hear from them for 22 days, after trying several more times to reach them.

That contact? An order cancelled email with no explanation.

I'm not even sure if the business is legitimate. In terms of my experience, there was 0 evidence that they even have inventory to sell. Terrible service.

Same story...placed order a week ago. No response calling customer service, plus their customer service email comes back as non-deliverable. Called Am-X and found out my account has not been charged. Afraid they are scamming people to get credit card numbers. STAY AWAY!!!!

Placed order and got confirmation. But, then nothing, no shipment and so far no billing. Non-existent customer service. Looked up their address on Google view and so what looked like an empty parking lot with rundown warehouses.

Ordered product for a good price. Received email saying they 'aren't up and running just yet' and that they would not charge my card. Turns out product no longer listed in website, chances are either price was wrong or supply cut off. Either way, a big waste of time.

I had to cancel my order and instructed my CC company to decline charges from myeliteproducts.com because they held the order and did not process anything without communicating to me from 11/16 - 11/21. This is a tremendous disruption to my business when I relied upon a timely delivery of the needed supplies. I reached out and never received any response - I doubt this is even a legitimate business and I am reporting them to the BBB as misleading, especially since they claim to be shipping through a Florida State term contract. I really wish I had checked the reviews here before making this order!

Do not buy anything from them!! They never respond or answer the phone!!

I have placed an order with MyEliteProducts on 10/16/2025 . It has been eleven days since the order was placed.

I received no confirmation email. I have attempted to call and email customer service directly to no response.

Their prices are significantly less than their competitors. However, I fear that it is simply a scam.

I will update this review if this situation gets righted. However, I fear this will not be the case.

Don't buy from them.

Sold and charged me for a product they didnt actually have in stock. What a waste of time and likely fraud... we will see if the charge gets reversed - hasnt yet.

I placed an order through MyEliteProducts.com (Elite Business Strategies, LLC) on 09/26/2025 and received no shipping confirmation or tracking. I attempted to contact the company multiple times by phone, email, and through their online chat, but received no response.

As of today (10/02/2025), the order has not been shipped or refunded. The company has provided no communication or resolution, making it impossible to obtain a refund directly. At this point, the only option I have left is to open a dispute with my payment provider over the charge.

I am formally requesting either immediate fulfillment of the order with valid tracking information, or a complete refund issued to my original payment method.
