Pexda is a terrible service. They sent me a low quality car vacuum that I ordered. In order to return the product, I would have had to send it to China. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR BUY FROM THEM!

NORRA.COM - Ordered stretchy jumpsuits and received fabric that was not stretchy. These were advertised with a video showing how stretchy they were. Items took over a month to arrive and were sent from what I'm now seeing is a scammer address: 5215 South Boyle Avenue, Vernon, CA. First was told to return to China and pay return shipping in order to get refund (shipping was almost what product cost) then told I would get a 40% refund and could keep items. After multiple attempts on my part to get 40% return, Vivian went dark and no longer responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

norra.co website - bought a jumper ($32.00) that wasn't at all what was advertised. Wanted a return/refund via paypal. After dozens of ignored emails, I opened a case. After a month and a half and tons of proof bs, I was granted a refund IF I sent the item back - TO CHINA, not the California address listed on the package. The cost to ship to China would be $29.00.

Bought two shoulder bags that were supposed to be made of Oxford cloth. They shipped cheap nylon bags. Chinese made garbage. As others noted they wanted me to return them to China.

I ordered and received confirmation, From PayPal (i do not have an account) on June 1. It is now June 14. Pexda said it was on the way. They gave me a tracking number for USPS that is bogus. The postal service has no such number. Each time I email they say the same thing. I am telling my credit card company about this scam. This scam was enabled by Paypal. I will NEVER use either one of you again. FRAUD.

I bought 4 car organizers that go between the center console and the front seats. They were meant to be good quality, nice leather etc., and do not obstruct the thighs of passenger or driver. They are anything but those features. When i wanted to return the items, they told me to send it back to China - and that is even though the items are not as described. I paid for these using Paypal and opened a dispute. And Paypal upheld that i should send items back to China - even though the UK law states that for items that do not fit the description the seller covers the cost! So Paypal effectively supports other companies breaking the law. Who would have thought that?

This company is a scam! I ordered 3 hover balls for my grands for Christmas and they fell to the ground. No hovering at all.

Operate under many names. I bough through Vely.co! Has no way to contact them, pretend to be a company with confirmation receipt and so forth. I never received anything. They sent me link to trace the package that has no valid tracking number through some Chinese Shipping company that doesn't even have English version of tracking system. Scam.

False advertising, I ordered a product and they sent a picture of the product imprinted on a piece of plastic. They than tried to say that they sent the right thing because they knew they were a scam and tried to get away with it. Id report them with the BBB but they arent even a registered business and have multiple active than taken down websites to sell their scam products until their website gets taken down for being a scam.

My envy company

This is an awful on line 'company'. I ordered a phone case which never arrived. Tried all means of contact. Nothing. Kept trying. Nothing. I got PayPal involved and after 2 months from this I received the phone case which was nothing as described so binned it anyway

Terrible place to purchase from. Ordered a backpack for my daughter over a month ago and have received nothing saying it has been shipped. I clicked the link to send an email to them and the email was returned undelivered saying it was an invalid address. Still no item and no way to contact the company. I will never waste my money again.

MyEnys.com is one of the worst services I have had with an online shop that claims to provide a legitimate service. I am currently in Indonesia and appreciate that I am ordering from the UK. Yet I placed the order of which they accepted and took my money, I went through all the fraud prevention services and this process told me that they would continue to tell MyEnys to continue with my order. They sent me an email thanking me for my order and to contact there support with any questions. II tried to email there support to verify the order and delivery address, they did not respond at all to the three emails I sent them. I thought I would try and go to their site again to see if I could get a status of the order, of which revealed the order had been cancelled. I had not received any notification of this and presumed my order was being processed. I checked my bank and yes they had refunded my money, but they had done this the following day after the order but with no contact or reason why they had cancelled the order.

If you want good customer service, do not use Myenvy.com. They are in eyes a failure.

Nice company and perfect products, I made a purchase very easy and I asked a replacement and I proved them the evidence and they sent it without any questions the shipping is fast, cheap prices, I recommend everyone ......100%

The worst customer service ever. Can't even reply for an email!!

After I have received my item (late for like a week) i wanted to try this 'unbreakable tights' and not even a minute after taking them out from the package the hole appeared.

I sent an email aksing for a refund as they offer items that are complete lie (on the website it is written that you can do anything with tights and they will be still good) and I got no responce. it's been nearly a month. I have sent another email 10 days ago, no response. I have sent ANOTHER email just now, however, I don't expect any responce.

Thanks for stealing my money.
