Been using the MYEPCR system for a few…

Been using the MYEPCR system for a few months now and love it.
Easy to use system which generates wonderful PRFs very easily and much better than paper versions.

Had a few questions which I asked Rob and he jumped on a Teams call with me to talk through his a few things worked and showed me how to create my own forms from within the “Dashboard” and settings to customise the system a little more to the way in which I wanted and needed it.

Simply incredible

From the outset I have been pleasantly surprised with the platform and the service. The system does what we need from it, easy to use.

The service received from Rob to help with set up and answering questions has been awesome. More importantly we receive regular messages for Rob, checking in and making sure we are happy.

Can't fault anything about the whole thing.

The EPCR system

The EPCR system is fantastic and the customer service has been fantastic from day one of the trial to the day of purchase and even after they will answer any question that you have and there knowledge base is a big help would like to say a big thank you to Rob for the Late nights helping when I can’t fix something I still owe you cake - Connor ellis YMSH
