Products are good, not sure worth cost

The products are good but not sure they’re worth the cost anymore…or the hassle. Shipping has become unreliable, and also, there have been a few times that I received a 30 count bottle with only 28 or 29 in it. Frustrating!

Their products are okay but BEWARE

Their products are okay. I do think their sleep gummies help me fall asleep faster HOWEVER…..their customer service/communication is terrible. I created an account for a recurring membership on an accidental email that I spelled incorrectly. I didn’t care at first because I was using the products monthly and didn’t have a need to login to my account and mess with it. I started noticing I wasn’t taking enough to justify monthly shipments and as time went on I slowly just had boxes piling up so I reached out to cancel my membership but because I used an incorrectly spelled email I couldn’t do it from my end. I reached out multiple times over multiple months to get it canceled and finally someone emailed me back and said they manually cancelled my subscription. To my surprise the next month, not one, not two but three boxes showed up at my door and even worse, I was charged for all them and not only for my regular $62 a month price but $72.60 per box!! After I was told my membership was cancelled! I called and left a voicemail as well as multiple emails to get this rectified and no one called me back or emailed me back. I finally had to call my bank and file multiple charge backs as well as order a whole new card (which is annoying) so they can’t keep charging me monthly. Seems extremely shady

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. Never tried the product because it’s been over 2 weeks now and I still haven’t received it but don’t worry, they charged me for everything I never received. I’ve left two voicemails, 3 contact submissions on their website and 2 or 3 emails. Got a response from the manager of member support Krystyn saying “ Thanks for reaching out! We appreciate your patience and we'll be in touch with you soon.” never to hear from her again and another response from member support representative Janee saying the exact same thing never to hear from her again either. I paid for expedited shipping as well and now 15 days after my order and payment was made my tracking still says “label created.”
I understand shipping issues happen, my issue is the absolute lack of response or being able to get in touch with a human being. None of the support hours are honored whether via phone, chatbot or email

Rapid sleep melts are not rapid

Rapid sleep melts are not rapid. Misleading terminology. They can take a full month to kick in I was told after being told to buy them so I could immediately get sleep while the sleep gummies built up in my system. So, guess your customer service is not knowledgeable on your products, now I'm out money and you will not refund me.
