Great products and amazing brand! I am obsessed with their Recharge Tonic!

I have Equa bottles since I remember... First one was BPA free plastic bottle.. many years later, my husband and I each have our own glass bottle, thermos and coffee pot. Also, Equa Matcha Latte is the only Matcha I drink. I love Equa! :)

I bought bottles for my children as gifts. They are delighted and use them every day. Gravitation is a bonus because that way they are special, personalized.
Delivery is fast.

I struggle with my water intake for years. I usually survive on one- two cups of water a day. But that is not good for anyone so when I tried to change it, nothing was helping. Apps, flavours - anything. And then I tried to buy smart bottle from EQUA- A GAMECHANGER! One of the most important things for me is, that my water has to be cold. With this bottle ? No problem - it will stay cold for one day with no problem. (Really) The most important thing was the light indicator and that was huge help. When it glows I take a sip. If the bottle is not in my sight there is someone who will tell me...Why is your bottle glowing? And then I know. The nice bonus is the design of the bottle itself- It really look nice, and it takes some time to ,,destroy it!. I have my bottle for 4 years now and it happened to fall....a lot. And beside few scratches- it is still like new. I only change the light device because after for years the battery life was little bit worse (but not too much.)

I’m buying a lot of bottles from Equa and I’m love them all. Quality is very good and they looks really cool! Recommend Equa

I love your stainless bottles,easy to clean and they are so cute and i can not live withouth your Recharge tonic,the best electrolite drink i have ever had…the taste is amazing and the ingredients are top notch. I use it after workout,after a long night and my teenager loves it,he drinks it after every practice.

A year and a half ago I ordered their termo water bottle, because I was amazed with their design and colors and I gave her a go (before that I was really disappointed with the low quality glass bottles on the market). At the same time I also ordered coffee cup which is always with me together with water bottle. And they are also in my favorite colors! I was so delighted that I also bought a coffee cup and a small water bottle for my mom, since then we can have our coffees on the go every day and it's also eco-friendly. I can say that the products have not been destroyed at all and I'm cleaning and using them every day. I have been a fan of Recharge Tonic since it was lauched. Because the water only goes over us and I'm not drinking enough of water and tonic really keeps me hydrated and which provides me with a daily intake of magnesium. Ever since I bought Recharge tonic it has become a must-have in my daily routine and I just can't imagine the summer days without my go to Lime-Mint flavour. I drink it every day, during busy days, I use two bags of it and I'm not even tired. When I drink it after a workout, I literally feel recharged afterward. It's always with me also on a hike, it gives me the energy I need. It helps me with sore and tired muscles and the flavour is absolutely amazing. I was impressed by their original flavour which came back with improved formula. My mom also loves the other two flavours, me too but the original taste is the next level. I can say that you can get addicted of it! It really helps me with overall better feeling to get through the day more easily.
I highly recommend it and other products that are really worth buying.
I can say that the shipping is fast, the products are great quality - before that, all the bottles that I bought didn't work as they should. I have nothing more to say than to praise the entire team for their kindness and quick response, fast delivery and unique products with a good quality.

I’ve got one of their smart water bottles. I absolutely love the aesthetic of this bottle, and its white light. It does track accurately most of the time, not all of the time. It’s really helped me, make sure that I am drinking enough water!

On the drawback side of things, you do have to be careful looking after it. My white bottle has marked, I have to try and keep it separate from anything that might scratch it. Which is a little bit annoying!

It’s also a real shame that there isn’t a straw version of the lid, like many other smart bottles or water bottles. equa have also advised that this isnt something they are considering creating either. My husband has an alternative smart water bottle with a pop out straw lid and it’s much easier to drink from on such a regular basis. I had a lid like this on my previous bottle and miss it! It also means you are at risk of not putting the lid on the EQUA properly and then dropping a bottle as I did when I went to grab it by its handle. When it dropped, the paint all chipped :(

Other water bottles do also allows you to customise the speed and colour of light, however, this isn’t an option on EQUA - though I’d love it to glow a bit slower and less aggressive! The functionality overall is less than I’ve seen on my husbands smart bottle app, eg being able to tap that you’ve had a cup of tea and auto adding the amount of ml. However, the overall equa aesthetic does win over other brands for me. Just a shame it doesn’t have these functions and when given the feedback just says it’s not planning on any changes in the future but thanks for understanding… 😅

I bought their cup from Tallinn Airport. Next day in Rome I filled it with cappuccino. It was leaking all over the place, ruining my bag in the process, but after asking for their help, they said nothing can be done. Company policy. I could not possibly fly back to Tallinn to get it sorted there (their recommendation). So, beware, you may end up with half a cappuccino in a leaky cup for 35 EUR.

I bought 2 thermo bottels, cold water dont stay not even for hour and in web they advertise up to 24h, its like regular overprice bottel and besides that if you keep bottel close with water in few hours bottels start to smell very bad. I added real review about everything in their web, but seems like they have to approve your review before posting in web, now makes sense how they have only 5.0 starts in everything, they dont allow to write real reviews and also removes reviews from ig :)

Awful company, dont want to replace the bottle but rather tried to repair it and I got back the same faulty product. Do not recommend!

Avoid. Customer service is awful. Bottle got stained, no matter that on the website FAQ it was not stated as exception. Refused to accept the reclamation, dragged the case for two months. Really unpleasant experience!

I love the bottles, but you cannot wash them in the dishwasher. When I cleaned my bottle, i broke the lid. I asked for replacement. All I got was a link to the wrong website, I should have bought a new bottle. Very funny. The customer service is not good. I would not buy another Equa bottle and will go for another supplier instead.

Really, really bad experience with online order from official website myequa. I ordered equa for a present with engraving and gift wrap. They say delivery is 2-4 working days but after 23 days in total and unnumbered emails still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend buying from their website, try pharmacies or any other store. I’m angry and very disappointed that my friend hasn’t received her birthday gift.

I ordered 5 of these.
Arrived in less than a week. Perfectly packed in completely recyclable card packing. No plastics.
The water bottles look beautiful. Only time will tell but they weigh less than half of a normal stainless bottle, cost the same as my old aluminium ones from another brand which don't seal properly after a drop - and they only weigh a bit more. This its where stainless comes in to its own. Its strong. So should last for about ever. And no plastic lining to break down. Good to clean. No smell or taste. To be honest, even if the paint comes off after a few years, they should last for ever. I will report back if I get a break, but otherwise really happy. Good communication too. Thank you Equa!

Very bad quality of the product and terrible customer service. I was not offered any replacement of the faulty product, nor paying for sending it back. Not even a sincere apology. The product had clear issues like spots and bumps in the material. Terrible craftsmanship.

Overpriced glass bottles and didnt deliver anything. Two weeks later and I didnt recieve an update. I want my money back!!!

I backed this as I liked the idea of the water tracking and the look of the bottle. There was alot to love about it, but now, my bottle looks terrible. The paint started peeling all off it, and it's embarrasing using it in the office when people keep telling me to throw it away. When I tell them how much it costs, they are disgusted. I also would like Equa to reach out to me, and replace this bottle, as I don't believe it's satisfactory producing a bottle of this price, and the peeling started after 3 months. I've put up with it till now, but i'm not sick of using it, and the apps was very hit and miss with the recordings also. Before you ask, I work in an appliance company and i'm from an engineering background, so very upset about this.

I received a faulty bottle cover. After sending video and proof of it to the customer service they told me that I was putting it wrongly on the bottle 😂 I already own other covers and I perfectly know (even kids would) how to put a cover on a bottle. The client service is not professional, they just copy and paste the same text over and over again without recognizing that the item can be faulty even tough I show them the proof of it. I lost some time and some money with this company which clearly should be avoided!
