Poor service
Poor service. Bought a bag as a Christmas present that took longer than it was meant to to arrive.
Product was fine, but sadly the recipient didn't like it, so I needed to return the item.
Hard to find the return policy online, you have to email them to start the return process, so there's no automation. The email bounced back after 2 days, so I had to reach out on social media to get their address to return the item to.
It has now cost me £12 to send the item back, which is a pain. Overall, if this is a startup, this is not a level of customer service that is going to get them very far.
