I ordered 17 days ago. Was told it would arrive before Valentines Day. Never received them. Now I don’t have a Valentine’s gift. No phone # to get a hold of anyone. Tracking number is not being updated.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and paid extra for shipping and insurance, STILL nothing. These were for Valentine’s Day so absolutely ruined the gift as it’s STILL in transit, despite promises of delivery on the 10th feb. Paid £40!!!!!! For one pair of boxers, which, by the sounds of things on here, are going to be rubbish quality. Customer service don’t even reply. Don’t waste your money.
i would rate 0 stars if i could. spent £50 on a pair of socks and a pair of boxers and the quality of these items are shocking. i paid extra for express shipping, which took 2 weeks and extra for a birthday card (so small i can barely see it) the quality is shocking, thin, see through and feels like the cheapest material money can buy. the quality of the socks is AWFUL.
Paid for express shipping of my order to arrive a week before Christmas. The order did not arrive, and the company totally wash their hands of any responsibility - despite the guaranteed shipping.
The costs for their goods are very high considering what they are producing, and do not deliver what they promise. On a £60 order, they offered me a measly £3 compensation. Unfortunately their agents do not understand what is being said to them (I suspect English is not their first language). I have spent over a week debating this with an agent called Quinn, and have just gone round and round in circles with him, despite it being a very simple complaint.
There is no information on their website regarding complaints, refunds and returns (conveniently), and despite multiple attempts over email, I’ve been unable to understand what their complaints process is, nor will their agents escalate my complaint despite multiple requests.
There a plenty of other companies out there that do the exact same thing, I would not go anywhere near this one, particularly if you are relying on the items being produced and delivered in timely fashion for a gift (which I’m sure is often the case with products like these).
Huge order of shirts and a few other items in multiple sizes and 3 different designs. MFB care and attention to the order was brilliant and they arrived quickly
The diamond paintings are so relaxing to do. Carefully crafted customised orders whe finished are so beautiful, even better when framed. Highly recommended! 🤗
The company updated me multiple times about where my package was and when it would be arriving. Ordering my product was easy and organised. Very comfortable product!
Don't bother ordering. You pay crazy money for the shipping, only to not have the product turn up. Ordered my item weeks ago and still nothing. They disguise the fact that it's all made and shipped directly from China. Avoid.
I give my face boxer a zero for bad customer service and for keeping my money and not giving me what I paid for. I have been dealing with them because I ordered some pajamas and they got my money but have not given me my order. this is wrong. they have given me the run around saying that it was delivered but was delivered to an address that I know nothing about. my post office sent it back to them because I don't live at the address they sent it to. now this fred guy I was just talking to live chat had the nerve to argue with me saying that it was my fault that it went to the wrong address. which is a lie. what happened to customer comes first. I have been in customer service for over forty years and have never been treated with such disrespect I would never in my forty years of customer service ever dream of treating a customer like fred treated me. the pajamas probably cost them five dollars in total to print my moms dog on them. and charge me fifty dollars in which I don't have. I am very upset that this whole thing has happened and more so that this guy did not want to deal with this and hung up then has now blocked me from any further live chats regarding my order and the loss of my money. that is not the was to do business. I will be taking this matter further and doing what I can to get my money back. I don't want anything from this company but my 50 dollars back. they are horrible and are thieves on taking peoples money. shame on them this is so wrong I feel so violated.
