My experience was great thanks to a very well delivered, my product arrive save and just exactly as a order it. The company is make a wonderful job with making personal wallets with photos on it. Sincerely I Almost cry when I saw the wallet in person it was so beautiful and special for me.

Absolutely amazing. It comes with protective layers to make sure it comes in the best condition. There are two layers of protective film so carefully use a pin or somethinf similar to get the second one off before you start thinking that your item has come scratched.

Sara was wonderful! I ordered a shirt for my husband but something somewhere got screwed up and it was way too big when I received it! Quick communications is key and that’s what you’ve got, I got responses within the same day I sent emails which usually doesn’t happen. And the staff made the whole experience smooth and painless.

Despite being very busy with processing, customizing, and shipping out orders, their staff (Chen and Sara especially) still made their best effort to have my order sent out on time. It is apparent that customer satisfaction is their priority, and I definitely look forward to buying from them again!

An issue with one pair of socks ordered which was cancelled , I received other items from photosocks with know issues , and very happy with them..: sock quality is good too
