I ordered a bear puzzle in August and what a a beautiful item it is! Such a great gifting idea for all types of occasions. I bought this for my nephew’s naming day and my sister absolutely loved it! Quality was lovely and at a great and affordable price. I ordered through Etsy, and the processing of my order was seamless and delivery super fast! Loved the product, as did my daughter when it eventually arrived. Giving three only because communication wasn't clear and delivery that was notified as going to take 6/7 days in fact took 25 and many emails.

I had an initial problem with delivery of my first order, however, a replacement has been kindly sent by Jordan and although it is slightly different to what I initially wanted, it’s very well made and lovely.
Customer service was good. I have given 3 stars due to delivery problem and delay in receiving the item. Happy with the replacement.

Ordered a cat family puzzle. It arrived on 11th July. As soon as I took it out of the Jiffy bag I could see the tail had snapped off. It is still in the clear cellophane unopened. I contacted My Family Puzzle and a confirmation email was received. I was told to go to Shop, the company that My Family Puzzle use to take payments for goods Ordered from them. I selected to return the goods. I have heard nothing from either My Family Puzzle or Shop despite trying to contact them several times. I have resubmitted a form to My Family Puzzle asking for them to provide a label to return the goods or to organise collection from their courier and to arrange a return. UPDATE: I Have now heard from the gentleman who deals with the requests for My Family Puzzle. He has been off work ill and no one available to answer emails due to it being holiday season. The refund has now been sorted by him. He has also repaired the damaged item as well as sending a new replacement free of charge.

Very poor quality.

The replacement personalised wooden puzzle I received is excellent — the engraving is much clearer and the stand design is much improved too.

Unfortunately, I only received a response after posting a 1-star review, despite previously emailing 3 times about the original item arriving with a chipped base.

That said, once the company responded, they dealt with everything quickly and professionally, remaking the entire puzzle at no extra cost. A frustrating start, but a very good outcome in the end. I'm a happy customer.
