Quick and easy

Everything went well and John I believe, was the one I talked to. He was very very helpful and I could cancel my flight with no problems!

Absolute scam

I booked online for a flight, they called and said the seat were not available, but they could do different seats at an upgraded price (30% extra).
I declined and asked for my money back. They said there would be a "cancellation charge from the airline" even though the flights weren't booked!
So my choice was to pay for the more expensive seats or pay money to cancel.
Absolute SCAM and should be illegal. I will be fighting to get these fees refunded.

Avoid at all costs

I booked a return flight for the first time using this service and was immediately called (via WhatsApp - stange) to say my return leg “wasn’t available” — and the 'only' alternative available was several times more expensive.

When I asked for a call-back in five minutes (to rethink my plans) and was pressured with the usual “flights are selling out as we speak” line. I refused to be rushed.

By the time the operative called back, I’d already found cheaper flights elsewhere (changing the outbound date). The operative became unfriendly, curt, and insistent, expecting me to pay more via them, as he could get me "direct flights with baggage” (which is standard on that route anyway).

I obviously opted to cancel as the whole experience felt like a scam. However, I was told my card had 'already been charged' for the trip (false!) and that a refund would take a week. Before I could ask for a reference number or name, the agent hung up.

Either a scam or appalling service. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent Service

I booked flight from Ireland to join my brother in Philadelphia. Had this in place. Needed connecting flight from US to Caymen Islands had problems with currency exchange. Spoke with Sean who was exceptional in getting all my concerns addressed. We got disconnected twice he called me back.
Excellent phone manner, went over and beyond to assist me. Thank you Mai

Absolute bait and switch operation!

Absolute bait and switch operation!! I booked a flight several weeks ago and received confirmation thinking all was good. Then a week before my flight was set to leave I wanted to log into American Airlines and use my miles for possible upgrade. They stated I was never booked on any of the flights. I called the site’s customer service agent who stated my original flights for 452.00 were no longer available, but for 836.00 they could book my on similar flights. I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this scam!
