I have been travelling on MY FERRYLINK BOATS for a number of years now and I found this time, that the boat and toilets were rather dirty.
It was an unpleasant experience.
I think that loyal customers should get more discounts on their trips.
The personnel are supportive and the food is good (which is not the case with its competitors).
Pricing and schedules are adequate.
I' m sorry, but we always have found the customer service poor on the sailings, inattentive staff is not a unusual occurrence sadly. However, the occasional travel offers online, do catch our attention and sway us from our usual ferry carriers or the Eurotunnel, and as we live in France, but have family in Kent, we do all travel frequently back and forth from and to the UK and France.
I chose several times MyFerryLink to cross the Channel when I am going on holiday to the UK. I had a very pleasant experience every time. There is much room to relax on the boat. Food and hot drinks are available as well as duty free products. And, cherry on the cake, it has always been the company that offers the best value for money!

We choose My Ferry Link because their fares beat the opposition, their ships are always clean and pleasant to sail on and they offer an excellent service.
Website quite easy to navigate. Finding information and booking procedure straightforward. Only downside is price of Carnet now not competitive.
We will use you again when you get both boats back in service as current schedule not suited to our timetable.
Competitive prices, comfortable ferry, reliable service
For cyclists, this is immensely preferable to DFDS or P&O. They seem to have more respect for cyclists and my bike has never been damaged, unlike on DFDS. As a motorist, I also like the service and the courtesy I experience. I hope that My Ferry Link will continue to offer the cross-channel service.
