Very disappointed
Very disappointed. As a former customer, I requested a copy of my bank statement for a closed account — a basic right for any account holder. The bank refused to provide it without giving any valid reason.
This lack of cooperation is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this bank to anyone who values transparency, access to their financial records, or fair treatment.
