So nice and helpful on all levels

Im not happy that chase made me go thru guys and you charged me 10 dollars a month and a start up fee. Ya besides that you were a normal service that I shouldn't have been forced to go thru to pay chase back after I closed my credit card account so I could pay it with less interest being charged.

AFS has been helpful. I had debt and was only able to make minimum payments. Some of my cards had high interest also. AFS got my interest lowered to 6%for most of the cards and set up a five year plan where those cards will be paid off at that time. Cannot use cards, that is OK. I recommend,

This company has systems in place to handle any glitch and they are geared to avoid disruptions in the first place. The agents are well versed in their product and enthusiastic but not pushy. There is no string of phone calls that feel more like harassment than sales in my opinion.
