This is a long process...much longer than the advertisements lead you to believe. Calls still happen for a long time and companies will still try to sue you. Huge debt is no joke. My monthly payment was pretty big.

Overall the job was accomplished. There could have been a little more commnuication throughout the process. I think about a year went by that i never spoke to anyone and was just paying monthly not really sure what was happening. I think i probably could have settled the debt on my own for less and just saved money in a separate account. I needed the discipline of having the funds withdrawn monthly and set aside so I guess there was that. Between there fee ad the final settlement amounts I'd probably just been better off with a little more self discipline and handling it on my own. It's done and I am debt free so i am happy so I'll add another star for that.

First choice made it Easy for us to be able to get rid of debt during difficult times. There were some things that were out of their control that we wish could have been resolved differently but overall they were extremely helpful.
