The wardrobe I received was lovely quality and at a great price - cheaper than any of the other high street retailers. However customer service was hit and miss. After the expected delivery date of my item had passed, and it still hadn't arrived - I had to chase up with My First Nursery to see where it was. They didn't respond to my first email or voicemail of enquiry, and I when I did finally manage to get hold of someone on the phone (it took a few days before someone picked up) they informed me that the wardrobe I ordered wasn't in stock and would be coming direct from the supplier in a week or two. It would have been a nice touch if they had let me know this in the first instance, without me having to chase it up. Overall, I would say they're an efficient dropshipping service with competitively priced items, and the chap I spoke to (whenever I did manage to get hold of someone) was helpful enough - but don't expect a prompt reply.

We ordered the Babystyle Bordeaux cotbed and chest of drawers with changing top from My First Nursery and had an excellent experience. Having found the same items on another site with the Babystyle Mattress included, I emailed the customer support team and they matched the same offer, so tje mattress was included as well. The member of staff I emailed was very helpful and quickly respond. The items arrived well packaged and they look absolutely lovely in our nursery 😊 Would 100% use them again.

We ordered a Clair de lune cotbed & we’re very happy with our purchase. The cot was easy to put together, looks great and is brilliant quality. We added the premium mattress, which also feels lovely.
