Courtney was quick to respond to any emails and and despite usually working on keepsakes made from babygrows she was willing to make a wedding keepsake for my daughter using off cut wedding Dress material and tartan from the grooms waistcoat pattern. The result was fantastic and my daughter loved it

Such a great experience! Courtney was amazing when I wasn’t sure on sizing and also sent options for thread colours. My jumper arrived today and WOW I love it, such an amazing idea, gorgeous quality and I now have a personalised jumper with my daughter’s first babygrow rather than packing it away! Waiting for the next release so I can buy a tshirt for me and a jumper for the hubby! Would recommend to anyone who has just had a baby and wants to do something with those gorgeous newborn babygrows!

Courtney was extremely helpful even prior to me placing my order. She helped ease the nerves of handing over my precious baby grows from my baby girl to make them into something I will never tire of wearing!
Her communication throughout was great and her input, thoroughly considered (she does do this a lot, so she has a better understanding)

Once I received my order, straight away I ordered my husbands Father’s Day gift - a Christmas edition! Safe to say he adores it too.

Jumper is super comfy, washes and wears well. I found it stressful to know which size to order for myself, but that was my own inability to make a decision!

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic! I messaged Courtney before I even ordered to check what I need to put down for my specific order, she let me know promptly and through her doing my order she messaged me to check my preferences and gave me her recommendations on which I took and it honestly could not have turned out better! I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife as a christmas gift. First of all, I ordered it way too late for it to arrive before Christmas. But Courtney was quick to help out, so it made it in time!
Also the product is amazing, it’s near perfect. Had my wife tearing up. I would definitely recommend My first organics.
I had worries sending my sons clothes so far away.
But all went so well and Courtney made sure to make me feel safe. So I will def buy again.
