Can barely find any shipping info, dishonest pop up in checkout of site

I ordered on the 7th because the website said if o ordered before midnight I could expect my tights by the 17th which would be in time to have them for thanksgiving. Today is the 19th and they haven’t arrived. I tried to track my package but the company doesn’t list their carrier anywhere so I could use the tracking service they outsource to. They also have no live customer support so I couldn’t just get that info immediately. The latest they can arrive within the projected window is the 24th so they aren’t even late I’m just really frustrated at how hard it is to find any shipping info
