Fraud Alert!!
This company is a complete scam and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed an order for a cake and balloons worth ₹3,130 for a special occasion. First, they demanded an extra ₹500 citing “rainy weather delivery issues.” After taking the money, they simply cancelled the order. Then they had the audacity to say they would deliver the next day but only if I paid another ₹500. At that point, it was clearly a money-extraction tactic, so I refused.
After relentlessly chasing them for 3–4 months via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, they finally issued a credit note in November 2025, promising I could use it anytime. That’s when the real fraud began.
I attempted to place orders THREE separate times using that credit note. Each time, they didn’t even process the order, no delivery, no communication, nothing. Eventually, they blocked my email ID on their website and completely stopped responding to my calls, messages, and emails.
This is not just poor service, it’s outright cheating and deliberate fraud. They take your money, make false promises, and then disappear. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to lose your money and your peace of mind.
I have now filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Forum, and I sincerely hope strict legal action is taken against them so that no one else has to go through this kind of harassment and financial loss.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Ordered for a special anniversary occasion, but the order was never delivered and there has been no proper refund or support till now. Completely unprofessional service and no respect for customers’ time or emotions. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Professional scammers !

Professional scammers !! I placed an order for a delivery in North Goa. I selected flowers with balloons. I filled in all the fields (including the address). I made the payment. On the D day, I received an email telling me that the location is out of town and that I must send them an amount of 1000 INR extra, something that should have been stated when I was about to make the transaction. I tried to contact them via phone, WhatsApp and emails : no reaction !!! Any reasonable mind should avoid them completely.

I ordered one cake and flower with nuts…

I ordered one cake and flower with nuts and tand paid 4600 for that. They didnt delivered the items on the same day, items received after the function, after doing the payment they will communicate only through email and will not in contact all the time also. I received very cheap cake and small boxes of nuts which is not same from their add also they replaced the flower without informing me to some chocolates worth not even 500.very bad and dont trust them to purchase anything. Please dont trust!

They’ve delivered one cake & Grape juice with Rs 399
Total cost around Rs 1000/- and charged 4000/-.
When you call the phone is switched off.

I ordered first time 3kg cake of box one bouquet and chocolate box from my flower gift shop.They charge me 4600 Rupess which was very reasonable price.But when my order was delivered it was messed around with my order.Cake was only 2kg and it was totally different which one i chosed it.and there was only 1 chocolate instead of box which was very disappointed I was very happy when I ordered with you guy's because I thought it's good and trustworthy company which i was totally wrong you guy's ended with disappointed customer and bad service.It was suprised ordered which you guy's ruined it.I never look back to you again.I thought i will tell my all relative and friends about your company if they wanna order or give suprised to them family but unfortunately I can't now.Hope you look forward this complaint and never mess around people who trust you.Thank you.

Very bad customer service- raising voice at customer without hearing to what they need to say.

I had ordered a flower bouquet, after viewing the product on the website and chatting with their agent in whatsapp. However, on the day of delivery, i received an email stating that the location is out of town, and need to pay additional 200INR for the delivery. I mentioned by email that i was ready to make the payment, but needed a confirmation on when the delivery will happen. i further asked a contact number to discuss in person, as emails may take time to resolve. The lady at the other end started raising her voice, and saying this is why we do not want to deliver to guys like you, who do not make additional payments. I asked her to calm down and hear my part out. she says its shows 15 kms from her office, where she selected a wrong location for delivery, where the location i had mentioned is just 7 kms from their office.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with [My Flower Gift My order was not delivered on time, and there was very poor communication from their side. I expected a reliable service, especially for a special occasion, but they completely let me down.
The delay caused a lot of inconvenience, and I did not receive proper updates or support when I tried to contact them. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Zero accountability, broken booking system, ignored customers

Placed a Mother's Day order on May 10 at 7:29 PM. The platform accepted a 7-9 PM delivery slot for the same day, a window that had already passed. No functional booking system should allow this.

Called multiple times throughout the day. No one answered. Emailed. No response until the next morning. When they finally replied, they shifted blame to the customer rather than acknowledging their system failure.

Promised redelivery on May 11. Still waiting. No time estimate given.
The product itself I doubt will be good by now. The operations, customer service, and system reliability are not at all for sure. Do not use this service for any ocassion.

I wish i could give 0 stars, product delivered was way too different from product shown, such a cheap bouquet for 1000rs. Delivery was made at night instead of noon. Worst customer service ever. Will never contact them again

I ordered a birthday gift worth Rs4100, but the item I received appears to be worth only around Rs1700 and does not match the things ordered. This was very disappointing, especially since it was meant for a birthday. I expected the product quality and value shown at the time of purchase. It is not a genuine platform for online purchase.
